I am getting steady income from signature campaign and full time job and I am very much satisfied with what I am earning as if I am short of cash at the end of the month then I have bitcoins in the form of back up to take care of my expenses but generally I don't prefer to sell them and save them for future.

You have the right strategy. The source of permanent income should not be one. Best of all, when there are several. And it is very good, if this income will be delivered to you without significant effort and time investment

I agree, signature campaigns can close anytime they want and if ever someone starts a signature campaign it is immidiately full of applicants because of so many members in this forum. And it doesn't give you that much amount that you can just depend on it.

Since I watch tons of Youtubers and I have enough knowledge to answer your question, here it is:

Your videos aren't getting any views because it's not search engine optimized (You might wanna read more about this broad topic). It's really really hard to get new subscribers when you barely have any because you're still irrelevant. Honestly, if you're not famous on Facebook or on Insta or even in your school, it will be really tough for you to get to that point wherein subscribers come to you without you having to advertise your channel all over the internet.

The income of a Youtuber differs on the amount of views of his video. Quite obviously, the more subscriber you have, the more views you'll get regularly.

The only way I know of steady income was doing trade in the exchange sites, join in the signature campaign, invest in the ico, and invest on the cloud mining like genesis mining, other than than this cloud mining sites are not safe, so be careful if you wanna try.

These are not the ways of steady income, the only way of steady income is joining fixed price signature campaign or  working for a company as campaign manager on a fixed rate.

You can get fixed income from this forum by joining signature campaign but that income would not be sufficient for living and if you are looking for good and comfortable life then its always good to go for a day job according to your qualification which will generate good and stable income for you on monthly basis.

Indeed, there is no other way to generate a steady income rather than finding a work that is suited for you, all the other ways of earning money are just risky and will eventually go.

Because when you make a wrong decision, you will not only have no income but also lose all of your money in the worst case scenario. Be careful and be wise while investing money on the internet.
