So no trading/gambling/loaning etc.

Steady income more likely to be 'small & secure' than 'big & risky'.

I think this is impossible, you do not want to do anything but you still want to be profitable. This is almost never going to happen because anything will be worth it. You want money, of course you have to work, if you do not work you will have nothing. Bitcoin investment is good because BItcoin value is very high, but it is volatile and may be a bit risky. Best way for steady income and safe path of investment is bitcoin. the price will be ups and down but still it is required if the price is high then we will see the value when we sell but if the price is low we have opportunity to buy more coins. both are essential. It is like how success and failure plays important role so ups and down in btc are also important. the reason why i say regular income is if you join singed campaign so you will get regular income without fail.

Best way for steady income is try to upgrade your knowledge on btc, do some freelance project, try to learn about graphic design which will help you earn more money. another best way is to join in the singed campaign like most of us do which will give you the regular income than spending your time on some other website which most of the time are scam.

Getting paid monthly by your company in bitcoins will never give you steady income and your income will also keep on fluctuating like the price of bitcoins, one month will give you higher income and the other below your expectations so that will become very risky for you to manage your expenses and you will sell your coins even if price is low as you need fiat money to take care of your expenses which doesn't sounds great to me.

that's right its just like taking some gamble when you still starting, paying for an expert to have  much better result, if your niche will be at top surely an steady income will happen and achieve even you really invest huge amount to pay someone to work for you but the end results is sweet as steady profits coming from their work.

I don't think what you are looking for is non-existent. Because getting paid without effort is too much. For example you have joined a signature campaign and your posts are spammy replies, you won't get a payment for that because it is considered low quality that does not relate to the topic. If you want to earn money then you need to put an effort on to it.
