I've had 299 BRX in a wallet staking since 7/30/16. Shouldn't I have staked by now?

The number of coins you have and their age is what determines weight. YourWeight/NetworkWeight=ChanceofStaking. It could be instant or it could take days, weeks, months, but you will always get whatever you're owed.

299 BRX means you will only stake 15 BRK per *year*, btw, or about 1.1 BRK per month.

Even if you reach maturity, with only 299 BRX, it would take a bit longer to hit a block.  What is the number of confirmations for that transaction?

Here is some updates I received from breakout.   

breakout Game Store is on schedule to launch in August (it is already live - just tweaking some content) - will be live on Wednesday.

Breakout Gaming is in development and on track to provide real money games in October 

So really just a little bit longer to wait

Every week they pay players the BRK they earned the previous week.  This happens on Mondays and usually takes up to 24 hours to complete

I came out of the project long ago, and that way I could minimize my lost 1.5 BTC, thanks to ICOstratis could recover from the bad desicion, now just enjoy playing poker. 

I hope someday this project to be successful, but it takes a lot of work

Same here. Used to them coming in on Monday or Tuesday. We're past that now... and nothing has been posted here. Who is actually in charge of that part?
