yes no one can guarantee or predict future bitcoin, but I hope that every year new adopters always increased, so the longer the bitcoin more visible in the future.
Actually adoption to blockchain tech is increasing i think rather than only to bitcoin as well as interest of techy people from all over the world is being increased over bitcoin and crypto. So i think future for blockchain tech and cryptocoins will be very productive and innovative. it makes sense, and if this is apply with bank technology, imagine what will be happen. i think it makes people easy to make transaction, not just in one place but for other place too. but unfortunately, many country government not ready about bitcoin technology and they can not believe with this technology. |

It will depend on development of societies, because every government in the world will do everything they can to prevent people from using bitcoin. The won't give control over peoples money.
Society itself must change and become more anarchistic in order for Bitcoin to be mass adopted.
This is exactly something we need to avoid. Do you want to bitcoin to remain in grey area of law forever? It definitely won't bring us more users. I am not saying that lack of regulation is always bad, but we have to agree that people are idiots, they were raised in banking reality, with no direct control over their own money. Thus their money managing skills are pathetic and also this is the reason is why it is so easy to scam everyone in new bitcoin reality. |

probably no one will be able to guess what kind of system bitcoin on the economy in the future, however, I might feel that bitcoin will actually be better at this point, and at that point maybe you can use bitcoin anywhere. well, and it will definitely make the system economically becomes better

BTC future prediction is simple - dedicated computer user market, small for the whole computer user market. No shops in nearest future due to long transaction time and most possible also just as exception - some banks.  |

Future of Bitcoin Economics depends on mass adoption of Bitcoin. No body can predict accurately the true future of Bitcoin.
Just as important, IMO, is " merchant acceptance" of Bitcoin. BTC truly needs more goods & services providers who will take BTC as payment. Some already do, but not nearly enough. If Bitcoin price keeps going up, that will attract attention of BTC buyers, and with luck more merchants will then opt to accept it.This won't work the way you think it will. Why? Because Bitcoin supply is limited, so the quantity of bitcoins available for purchase eventually diminishes. More buyers pursuing less coins leads to price increase until one of the new whales (born due to the price increase) decides to cash out, and then the price quickly spirals down. That is good for speculation and profiteering (and wealth redistribution, to a degree), but not for Bitcoin acceptance by the suppliers of goods and services. Merchants are not so much interested in Bitcoin price (high or low) as they are interested in the price stability... Which is impossible to reach given the Bitcoin price dynamics and the mechanics of such dynamics |

I guess that won't happen any time soon because Bitcoin has a feature which banks simply can't accept as a matter of principle. I mean the irreversibility and irrevocability of Bitcoin payments. Personally, I don't much like this feature myself (including the possibility of sending coins to "nowhere" and thereby making them lost forever). Indeed, my opinion doesn't weigh a lot... But banks will never agree to this |

They may be putting on pressure, but there is very little reason for banks to even bother accepting Bitcoin because the "pressure" is negligible, and the demand for Bitcoin services at banks is also very small. It is going to take far more people asking for Bitcoin (and subsequently needing Bitcoin to have a large enough userbase) for anyone to consider adding Bitcoin as a serviceable currency. |

A friend of my wife is 50 and is now into Pokemon Go. Some 10% of Pokemon players are over 45 I heard on CNBC this morning. That means some 90% are young people -- those who might be "early adopters" of BTC. |

The older people I think are not much interested to purchase pokecoins with any other payment method rather their apple pay or google pay account through their bank accounts, purchasing through bitcoin is more complicated because they should register on an exchange, buy bitcoin (maybe send them ID etc) and then purchase the pokecoins which is a long process, so I don't think they will accept so the future of bitcoin should not be based on that. |

It depends on how to describe mass adoption, for me we are still in the early stage and we have not achieve a massive adoption yet. If massive adoption will be achieve we are not seeing this price only because it will significantly grow substantially IMO. |

The mass adoption is that when many people use bitcoin once a week at least. |
