If bitcoin rose to $1M, what you do?

Wow that's a great news because currently i am holding 0.1 btc and if the price increase then that amount would be equal to 1 lakh $ and that's more than enough to make my teenage life comfortable and ease and also i will start business with this capital. But I know this won't happen in reality so hoping will not work here better I will keep struggling with trading to make small small profits.

Your dreams will come into real very soon but I fear you may loose your teenages at the time. Yes, rising towards $ 1 million for one bitcoin is highly possible but not in quick time, it may take decades. But still you will be having your dream amounts of money by having more number of bitcoin instead of just holding 0.1 bitcoins.

sorry but that is not how it works. you can not just make up a number at where everybody will sell and not before. why would nobody sell at $0.95M causing the price to crash? reminds me of certain people claiming the eifel tower must fall apart at a certain height.

Yes and I don't think that people have that high level of patience to hold their coins till it reaches in millions, majority of users will dump their coins even if it touches to $10k in future.

Will never happen. Can't see it staying higher that say 300/400 for any length of time. if it did it would price the normal person out of bitcoin as a currency. It would be bad for 95% of users if it were to go that high..

You must be wrong, as bitcoin was designed to have very huge price levels but purely depends on its demand levels. No one could ignore that bitcoin will not have enough demand in future. So, when more number of people will be using bitcoins, more demand for bitcoin will happen then $1 million price levels will be very much possible.
