I did a lot investigation on the coin team before ICO, absolutely this is not a scam, but some people would like to change the world, I don't worry at all after I gave a lot of my money to this team.

Also how much of the budget (from the ICO funds raised) has been burned?

Etherdelta has decent volume as of late. I am still holding for 10x current price AT LEAST. Think Plutus flew under the radar for a LONG time, and people are staring themselves blind on the 'large number of possible plutons' not realizing that they will be sold at market value to use as intermediary tokens in the App, not just dumped on the market.

This is a possible $100 million+ project valued at $1.2 million right now.

There are some Polo whispers since they de-listed a large amount of coins and are getting ready to bring on Ethereum tokens in larger scale. Obviously the gang behind Plutus should be in contact with them already.
