It looks like they may not be interested in adding any other coins becasue they have clarealy mentioned that they are Ethereum enthusiasts in their FAQ page. But it may change if the business model demands it in future. As you said, ETH is one of the best altcoin for bitcoin. I just started to invest small amounts in it. Lets see how it will go.

Adding coins to use directly might be impossible as Ethereum is the backbone of the system.
But if needed, adding instant exchange method, something like Shapeshift to the site is an option.
I would work like this: user is depositing bitcoin (maybe other alts as well) and has option to convert it instantly to Ethereum.

But to run any business for a longer time, one should get a profit, and without profit, no business can survive longer. But what can do is for a couple of hours they can make it a zero % house edge to attract more people instead of making completely zero percent house edge. All casinos need a funds to maintain site and run the promotions for that they have to make a profit so don't expect any site can run for long with zero percent house edge.

There is no high or low bets, there is only low. If you picked 5% bet then to win your Lucky Number must be equal or lower to 500.
If you would pick 90% win chance game then winning number needs to be lower or equal to 9000.

If I'm not wrong there is no such thing called high or low in this game. You just need to choose on which odds you want to bet and there is minimum and maximum amount for each odds. You just send money to that particular address and they will choose the random numbers and if you will then they send back your winnings to your same address used to send money to the site.

I believe it is great that there is such a project of promoting ethereum. Although it is one of the best cryptocurrencies, casinos sometimes prefer doge and ltc instead of it.
