Ethereum prices are falling now after reaching $50 mark last week.

That's expected because the price of bitcoin is increasing and we know traders actions towards the situation. However, today was a great day for ETH as it keeps rising and I'm happy to see successful projects now under ICO which are Ethereum based because it will give ETH a good value.

Yes, yesterday went up from 41+ to 47+ but today again already down the thread. Now already around 44 USD and I strongly feel that this time will go below 40$ range before again moving up. If in May dark web successfully implement the system to accept these coins then prices may stabilize.

How is the connection between eth price going up and the transactions taking longer on a bettin website? Is it because the miners fee is staying lower in fiat currency?

It should be same even on every price point, if it is already creating problems that bitcoin has after years of PR than there is a problem.

I agree that there should be no correlation between the price of ethereum and processing of transactions. The fee for processing will always remain the same in ETH no matter what's its price in BTC, so what it has to do with its reduction in fiat too? Blocks may not be getting found may be the reason, why miners would lower mining?

Surely it has nothing to do with the miners fee. I've had few eth transactions this past few weeks and all were confirmed as usual and did not took longer than what it's supposed to be. It may or may not be just because of the transactions ongoing that may have caused traffic or something like what is happening in bitcoin if there are a lot of transaction happening.

Just now checked with the site to play the game but i am not able to understand how it is going to work, if i am sending ETH to 5% game then how will it be decided whether i selected high or low odds to bet.

There is no high or low bets, there is only low. If you picked 5% bet then to win your Lucky Number must be equal or lower to 500.
If you would pick 90% win chance game then winning number needs to be lower or equal to 9000.

Still i am confuse that how it is working because how will i know that the number displayed in result is lower then or higher then 500 if i am betting on 5%. Is their any calculation just like dice game then it should be displayed like in dice game how it displays as high or low between numbers.

The roll of number is random, there's no low or high. The roll of number 0 - 10000, the odds itself is lower or equal from "specific number", more lower more prize but more difficult.
The result displayed into game statistics, write your address and it will show your game statistic.

As vDice is dealing with specialized tokens/coins for gambling why not vDice think about offering zero house edge based gambling experiences. I guess it will be possible for vDice too as we do see there are projects getting ready based on edgeless concept.

Zero house edge will help as a very much effective promotions on attracting gamblers. Because theoretically gamblers will have more chances to win through this.

But to run any business for a longer time, one should get a profit, and without profit, no business can survive longer. But what can do is for a couple of hours they can make it a zero % house edge to attract more people instead of making completely zero percent house edge. All casinos need a funds to maintain site and run the promotions for that they have to make a profit so don't expect any site can run for long with zero percent house edge.

Yes I am aware of that. I am talking about zero house edge only because of specialized tokens. I believe there are many differences between playing with an universal medium of exchange (ex: bitcoin) and  specialized medium of exchange (ex: vSlice). That is not what he is asking tough. He thinks (and I do too) the amount of minimum wager should be dropped in order to have more fun, we do not want to risk too much eth and we want to play this rather than gamble with it. To spend quality time. In order to achieve that we need to put less eth in risk. I guess it will happen soon with more competition if that is what you meant.

That is not what he is asking tough. I agree. I also am not a big risker so it will be much appealing for me to play more if the required min. wager is not that high. I gamble to spend time and the more risk less involve the more I spend my time in betting. I am fairly new to eth betting and so far vdice is the only platform I use to play.

There is only one reason for potential use of vSlice token, it is: whether this method will be better i.e. cheaper in any way that using ETH.
If house edge and every other parameter will stay the same then there is very little incentive to even own vSlice for the purpose of using it to gamble.

I never said that taking into consideration the price of Ethereum actually, but are you seriously fine staking nearly USD 7-8 per bet and if you would lose, don't you think it would be unfair? We should definitely get the wagers to be lowered here, not talking about Bitcoins, but this would be good if we expect the price of ETH to rise as that way, we could win more due to minimum bets being lowered as 0.22 ETH means 0.0066 BTC (average if 1 ETH = 0.03 BTC).

I usually compare prices with USD so that I know how much my investment has gone up or down because at the end of the day I will convert all these currencies in fiat to use. The prices are range bound between 40 to 50 USD. Anyway it is good to jump from around 20USD to 40+now.

Range bound since that upswing from 3/15/2017 which happened to coincide with the post-ETF woes of bitcoin. Since bitcoin mostly recovered by drawing a huge "W" formation o charts ETH might fall low even back into 30 USD ranges. I'm growingly cautious reducing my exposure at the moment. The weekly friday drop will decide things.
Golly now I'm sounding all like "the next week is crucial" again

Price movements are somehow predictable because of recent events but most of us dont realize what would be the effect but there are traders does really know on where do prices go.Etf event do really affect on movements and as you said w formation is there but not guaranteed it will go back down on those range.

Hm, till now I thought vDice is actually using and letting others to use ethereum and ethereum only. You are talking about the VSL coin getting higher in price right? As I now start reading about it, it is called a Meta-token on Ethereum. So, I guess it is analogical somehow to btc and ltc but vsl is somehow the main and something above ethereum... But I haven't really found any good info on what meta-token actually is..
And so it's hard to say why the price has risen without knowing what vsl really is.
Can someone help on that?

Hey I'm confused. how do I get this vslice? it says on that ann that to get vslice I just need to send eth in their address. this vslice can be trade back to eth or btc? Sorry if it may sound dumb. I'm not yet familiar with eth.
