I recently tried to withdraw about 0.3 ETH. My coinexchange wallet says transaction completed and gives a TXID.

However, that TXID cannot be found on Etherscan and my MEW wallet does not show the incoming ETH either as pending or completed transaction.
Seems very strange, if it was just a matter of them being cheap on gas, it would still show as pending?

I am having the same problem.  I have tried to withdraw 1000 ELIX over 6 hours ago.
My transaction hash is 0x87653fd0bd29daf5206dea4fbe4c053d07a4c137404ca72429c782e2cd8ebb34.

But that hash does not even show up in Etherscan and my MEW wallet does not show the incoming coins.

What is going on?  Why does the withdrawal show as "complete" on your site but the coins were never withdrawn?

Raise a support ticket. They said it was orphaned withdrawl (it left my exchange wallet but didnt leave their bucket.) They had to manually send me the ETH and I got it this morning.

Raise a support ticket. They said it was orphaned withdrawl (it left my exchange wallet but didnt leave their bucket.) They had to manually send me the ETH and I got it this morning.

They said mine was an orphaned withdrawal too but I haven't gotten it yet.

How long did you have to wait for support? I have raised a ticket over 24h ago but apart from an instant response about congestion happening, probably by a bot, it had no reaction.

I tried to withdraw 0.72 BTC from coinexchange to another address and it says completed, but shows no transaction ID and the BTC is not arriving at the address. How do I proceed? Anybody having similar problems?

your problem can be solved faster if you'll create a ticket with a details for support

i just found out about this exchange yesterday, and so far it seems like yobit- kinda scammy..  they host some scamcoins, and while some people have no problems, other people get screwed over on deposits & withdrawls.  sometimes support helps them, other times they get blown off and the exchange could easily steal the money.

It is sad to hear than exchange like coinexchange which has medium followers are doing like this, I will advice people whose withdraw is struck to contact the man on Slack. It is much faster there.
