I also has been confronted with the similar problem.
I tried to withdraw LTC but received wrong TXID=2.
Yesterday I created ticked number #41071 but there is still no reply.
did u got ur coins back? I'm having the same issue. Txid showing as '4' and coin didn't received on receiving wallet. No, I have not received my money yet after 10 days of waiting... |

Unfortunately I also made the mistake of transferring coins on Coinexchange.io and I'm not very happy about that. It happened 2 days ago, I transferred a considerable amount of satoshi and start trading. After a couple transactions I received a message saying 'Access denied Error code 15 This request was blocked by security rules'. Don't know what security rules I broke by just trading. Seemed weird at that time, but I did not worry.
Anyways, I tried to login again, but it kept returning invalid credentials. After several attempts I tried to change my password. I received an email from Coinexchange.io support with a link to reset the password. It didn't work again invalid credentials. I tried to reset the password a few times, but I couldn't login into my account.
I opened a ticket on support #48703, almost 48 hours have passed since that moment and still no answer form Coinexchange.io support. Now I see multiple posts regarding withdrawal problems and account lock downs for no apparent or justifiable reason. If there's any moderator that can give us some answers about these problems, that would be great.
Support answered yesterday and apparently I tried to login with my email address instead of the username. Basically my account was fine, I just didn't input the right credentials. Coinexchange.io did not lock down my account and my satoshis are all there  Thx Coinexhange.io support team. |

Just withdrawn an ETH token and it says pending + n/a showing on the right side of my ETH address. I did all correctly and I send them a ticket.
Perhaps they are still having troubles with the ETH tokens in their system?

Today i have deposited some ETH from Binance to Coinexchange. After 10 min the transaction was successful.
But there are no ETH on Coinexchange and nothing in "Deposits". Whats wrong, is it normal that it takes so long?

Check their twitter, a lot of problems in last weeks, it seems the problems are still there, have less faith now in this exchange site. |

I have used Coinexchange.io from 03/2016. Now I am experiencing missing deposits and unanswered tickets. I have had problems before and they fixed them in 24 hours. I see a trend I don't like. To many people missing deposits. My deposits show on my wallet with TXID and all. Not well with me especially since I never had that many problems in the past and if I did they where all fixed in 24 hours.

I have the same problem - successful confirmation of sending ETH to coinexchange.io , but nothing showing on the website. I think it's deliberate. They trade our money on other exchanges, but we have to wait.
I will no longer trade on Coinexchange.io Every day there are problems with the deposit or withdrawal ! ! !

Never had a problem with Coinexchange so far.
If you have one, look in your wallet and see the transaction id. Then you have proof if it was confirmed.

I had no problems with coinexchange but recently when I deposited a coin, it kept showing as pending and when I contacted the support, they told there is a minimum amount required before it shows up in your account. This should have been mentioned while depositing and I felt that I made a mistake before till their reply did not come. Rest, I am glad that they process withdrawals automatically but most of my coins are dumped on the exchange.

Coinexchange is utterly fuckt up!
they steal your money aren't very helpfull in 30 days
only stalling time and they do not care about you, your coins, or that you lose your money!
they are so smart that they dont have a phone nummer or and building.
I hope these careless assholes .....!
DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY ON THIS EXCHANGE they RIP YOU OFF!!!
