Well I had two tickets up for two deposits for the same coin. Coinexchange closed one even though it wasn't resolved but I included that missing amount in the second ticket. So someone is checking tickets. I suggest a halt on all trading activity on Coinexchange.io in order for you to protect yourself. I will not be making anymore deposits until I see my previous deposits rectified. I see people on here who have tickets open for 30 days. Never has Coinexchange.io taken this long. Something is obviously wrong...don't make yourself the victim of others bad intentions or mistakes.

The old domain (coinexchange.io) works, the crypto-currency on the balance sheets, everything is in order.

The stock exchange operates in full volume.

I hope in the future everything will be ok.

except the withdraw mail for many of us

It's messed up that a single company (nic.io) can decide to arbitrarily suspend a domain name and effectively kill a business, but I'm still pretty nervous about logging into a completely different domain name, even if directed to by the official coinexchange Twitter account. Hmmmm.

Because they are the owners of IO domain. Its a country domain not a public such as dot com
It also apply to others country domain, so they may have control of theirs

CoinExchange is only as reliable as any other exchange like YoBit, they can control all matters and the Moderators are their own law.

The Moderators are serial Blockers, stopping ordinary people from commenting on the otherwise healthy Troll Box, for less than one minor discretion. But they also have the power to Block your entire account at any whim.  They will also create their own rules to help their friends on the site draw your fine earned monies away from your wallets.
Be very wary of depositing or withdrawing ANY funds from CoinExchange as the Moderators can block these as well - and once they have been sent will spend all of time in an existence where, you, the originator can't access them.
You have been warned about CoinExchange. Tread Carefully and Warily with them.

Coinexchange has been the best exchange thus far to date.  Unlike the scam exchange coinsmarkets.com, Coin exchange does communicate with its investors.  Coinsmarkets aka "coinscam-market.com has been down literally the ENTIRE month of January, officially making it the first scamcoin exchange to dick its investores

Ticket 54344 posted Jan. 14, 2018 and Ticket 51423 posted Jan. 12, 2018 posted for missing deposits. I have tested the address they have given me as I have used it multiple times in the past for smaller amounts and the transactions have went thru. This is what I got from Coinexchange.io in response to the two tickets.

Hi John XXXXXX,

It appears your deposit transaction is still unconfirmed.

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bigup/search.dws?q=718c01dd9fff3780bc5602651bc6ecdd5088b3b369733b7721e8ac947eaed865

Until we see that this transaction has been confirmed on the network we cannot credit your account.

This may be due to congestion on the network and/or the blockchain is slow or not moving.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do until the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain as the deposit has not technically reached our wallet yet.

For further support, please either contact the support from where you sent the funds and/or the coin developer developer (note we do not have coin developer contact details).

Sincerely,

CoinExchange.io Support Team

Please fix BIGUP deposits....I see you have MNX. I wish to trade my BIGUP for MNX...Sell Bigup then buy MNX.

Meanwhile my wallet is showing that the confirms have been made to the correct address. So who is telling the truth the blockchain or Coinexchange.io?

I will no longer use this exchange as the suspicious activity has happened more than once to me and multiple times to others. I suggest people go elsewhere to a more reputable exchange.

Please spread this around as Coinexchange is trying to pull a fast one on everyone. My wallet confirms the coins have went to the correct address and are confirmed. Some how my coins are not where they
belong. Which means they have been misappropriated by Coinexchange.io. I also have the address that I use with Coinexchange saved in my wallet. Small transactions go thru large ones disappear. They are running a scam. Especially if the blockchain explorer for these coins might be suspended or inactive.
