This is happening to much. I had Coinexchange.io answer my tickets that it must be the blockchain. LOL I have tested my wallet to another wallet from a friend and it works fine. They want me to contact the developer and tell him its a problem with the blockchain!!!!! Yet it's not the blockchain as the problem is only with Coinexchange wallet. These people are either stupid or thieves take your pick. How many more people are missing coins that are not on this forum. I believe quite a few. I am done with Coinexchange.io I send small amounts and it gets to my wallet....large amounts disappear and they say its the blockchain. They are full of shyte. Nothing is going in or out of their wallets because they did something to the Coinexchange.io wallet. Take your coins out and get away while you still can.

I have no problem dealing with coinexchange since i trade there maybe already a year.
But i never deposit btc or ltc or any high cap coin, just use doge to moving my fund between exchanger. So, yes i have no problem with DOGE withdrawal

CoinExchange has the worst support I ever seen...

I've made a withdrawal of BCH and received a txid of 1. It was 20 days ago and I still didn't receive my coins nether a response of support ticket #69566.

I made a 0.31ETH deposit on coinexchange 1 (!!!) month ago. Shortly after it was made, etherscan marked it as succeeded. You can check my coinexchange wallet: https://etherscan.io/address/0x0bd546a008060fea07905c2a0416931e57b9b474

And today my balance on coinexchange still says: ZERO. In fact, the deposit doesn't even show up in "DEPOSITS". After ~2-3 weeks and countless attempts to contact their "support" they told me to have patience (had to fix something blablabla). Nothing happened and I contacted them again. Later I got a response which basically says: fuck you.

Internal transactions, despite the name, are not actual transactions. They are not included directly on the blockchain; they are value transfers initiated by executing a contract. This transfer type is generally used to process transactions in bulk. Often, this occurs with deposits to CoinExchange.io from other exchanges or crypto-service providers.
While it can be seen on the block explorer, they cannot be detected by our system. At this point, we will only recover deposits with a minimum of 0.5 ETH and there is a 10% fee attached.
Please let us know if you would like us to proceed.
To avoid this in future, please withdraw to a wallet and then send the amount to your deposit address.

There was no warning whatsoever that exchange to exchange transactions are not supported (btw. exchange -> exchange works perfectly fine with all the other exchanges)!?
I've seen countless complaints on twitter regarding that problem now. Etherscan proves that my ETH was transferred successfully (and they know it)!

Direct messaged them on twitter and they responded that they will look into it. But I guess as soon as they saw it was "me"/my ticket -> no reply anymore.
They are goddamn crooks and I hope they will be brought down!

Coinexchange.io sucks big time.....They have withdrawal issues.....My ETH withdrawal says completed but i have been waiting for more than 48 hours and still nothing in my wallet. I checked etherscan and transaction was pending however, 30 mins later, the transaction ID could no longer be found on etherscan...I opened a ticket and still no reply. I've had similar issues on this exchange with coin withdrawals in the past...hopefully this'll be my last transaction on their site. AVOID THIS EXCHANGE LIKE A PLAGUE.
