Have you double checked that is the correct deposit address for your coinexchange account? Seems unusual that funds sent to the hot wallet of an exchange would stay untouched for 6 months.

This is the BCH address. They said they would get commissions but they did not do anything. I made tickets many times. |

This is the BCH address. They said they would get commissions but they did not do anything. I made tickets many times. Are you saying you sent BTC to a BCH address? In that case, it's technically not the correct deposit address. There would need to be some messing around with exporting and importing privkeys to recover funds sent on the wrong chain, and it would need to be done carefully. Have they specifically said they will recover your BTC? |

While the exchange not return the altcoin You are so thieves as those who steal ,if it i stolen la then so has to responssabilizar or nothing tells me that was the Propria exchange ,in this world already saw everything still expects to pay me what is not yours.....

I scanned their servers that showed they are located in delaware. And their site is vulnerable to a denial of service attack. Basically anyone could shut it down. |

Every website in the whole world is vulnerable to DoS and other attacks  . So do not fear.... I think it's a nicely done small exchange, works pretty well, easy to manage and trade. They've added a few security improvements as an IP check (was mentioned here before, you need to confirm by email) and what I also like starting next month 2FA with Google compatible authenticator is a must. After the disaster we've seen with Cryptopia this may be an interesting alternative. |

Coinexchange.io SUCKS!!
I cannot even log in to my account anymore! Getting constantly this error message:
"Error code 15
This request was blocked by the security rules"
I've tried to change Ip and even use VPN, but same resuklts... and ofcourse nobody at support get back to me..
Check your email, you need to confirm your new IP, before you can login, which is a good thing. |

Yesterday i tried to transfer my kb3 coins to my desktop wallet. It has a status of completed but there is no TXID and it says "TXID is not currently available please check receiving address on a block explorer". There isn't any transfer on blockchain explorer. Address is correct nothing wrong but my coins were gone. I created a support ticket it was not responded for nearly 28 hours.

"TXID is not currently available please check receiving address on a block explorer" Have the same issue... Sent 700 pure worth @300$ to my wallet address and did not receive any tokens in my wallet. Before and after this transfer i've made other transfers to my pc wallet, all worked fine, except this one.. now i cannot launch my masternode as i am missing 700 coin... seems they are not responding to any ticket. Did any of you ever had this issue fixed? should i buy another batch of pure and wait for this issue to be resolved? tho at this time i;m kinda afraid to buy off this exchange... and there are no other exchanges to find pure on...  HALP! |

Literally worst exchange ive ever used. Deposit was stuck for 20min atleast with 18/50 confirmations but block explorer was way over 50..
Alsooo, i keep getting acces denied error 15 all the fking time..

Now I am worried my money is lost forever - deposit has over 500 confirmations and not even showing pending on coinexchange. I have submitted a ticket but after reading about coinexchange I am not holding out hope. Did anyone's deposits ever show up?
