I made an Alis deposit today that never showed up.

Everything shows up just fine on the blockchain with the coins reaching the correct destination, but on Coinexchange there is no log of a deposit being made and no tokens in the wallet.

They're having some issues atm that much is obvious, hopefully it can be resolved in my ticket.

I was recently tricked by the high price of eth into sending some eth to coinexchange. Now I am worried my money is lost forever - deposit has over 500 confirmations and not even showing pending on coinexchange. I have submitted a ticket but after reading about coinexchange I am not holding out hope. Did anyone's deposits ever show up?

They answer me:

"Hi and thank you for your support request,
We are aware of the delay occurring with ETH and ERC20 token deposits and our technical support team are working to rectify the issue.
At present we are unable to provide an estimated time for resolution, however all pending transactions will be received once the wallet is back online.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused and thank you for your patience while this is resolved.

CoinExchange.io Support Team"

Same here, And same standard message "We are aware of the delay occurring with ETH and ERC2...  unable to provide an estimated time for resolution.." blablabla. Their eth/ERC2 wallet has been down for 24 hours now. Terrible exchange if you ask me and it is not the first time.

I will never use them again. I have 3 ETH that are somewhere in cyberspace. No official statment and thousands of their customers are affected with their constant wallet problems. They should be shut down if you ask me. If it where a bank or a legit exchange this would never had happened. Coinexchange are making tons of money from their clients but shows zero respect. Shame shame shame!!!!

Coinexchange has been a very pleasant experience for me. I like the look /usability of the site.

They have halted EXCC trading as the blockchain had an update , and they are a little slow enabling it again. The one negative thing that has come with the markets exploding is that exchanges have too few resources to tackle issues promptly. I'd like to know when the trading/deposits/withdrawals are reabled for EXCC as they are going to PoS and i'd like to be ready for staking.

SOLVED, they gave me my ETH after ~4 days and it was kinda my fault because you can't get ETH from Bitstamp, you have to withdraw them to ETH wallet first

I wouldn't call that little slow. It's getting ridiculous now to be honest. We got some direct email address and our listing is still not resolved. Also got some direct dev's telegram and we had a chat but getting nowhere, all I hear is "it's not my job, I don't know who is responsible for your listing".

TXID is not currently available please check receiving address on a block explorer   

Support said they are reprocessing the withdrawal andit will take some time until the funds are in the wallets.
I hope it will not takes weeks.

I'm afraid it'll take a long time as it happened with some other coins not long ago and nowdays.....

I am sorry about your problem but this thread is actually not an official thread by Coinexchange. I think they don't have an official thread here in bitcointalk. They seemed to have no official Twitter too. I did used the exchanged before when I tried to accumulate new coins before getting listed on bigger exchange but I already stopped for nearly a year now. Coinexchange don't have a troll chatbox? Maybe there is someone there that can help you. I really felt bad on situations like this. Been a victime before too.

I bought 33k VSX coins at Coinexchange.io and it went  maintenance.
The problem is that im waiting over 1 month for this ''maintenance'', i sent ticket and got no answer, only some auto messages.
I know that a lot of people isn;t with your coins because coinexchange is incompetent.

Some ETA to solve the issues would be good.
