 Cool

FYI:
Until the other Block Explorers get on the Correct Fork,
Any user should only use https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/BlockExplorer?coin=808 to confirm their block height is correct as Cryptopia is on the Correct Chain.

Go here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1532606.msg15871939#msg15871939 to get yourself on the same chain as Cryptopia if your block height # does not match theirs.

Hmm, no

If you are on the same block height as cryptopia, then stake like normal or sent coins or receive coins like normal.

If your block height is not the same, just follow the steps from my above posts.
That will put you on the correct block chain, and then you are good to go.

If you can send coins to cryptopia you are on the same chain.
If you send coins to cryptopia and they did not show up then , you are the one on the bad fork and by following the above steps I posted can get back on the right chain, and use repairwallet and rescan to recover any coins sent out on the bad fork.

I have a feeling that everyone is trying to sync with their wallets unlocked or no reserve amount which has resulted in stakes being minted and then waiting for people to jump onto that chain.

It would be good to see 808 on C-CEX. The staking dynamics is what makes this coin interesting.

C-Cex have a nasty habit of putting wallets in "maintenance" and staking the coins themselves.  When they do this you cannot get coins in or out.   Check 1337 and DigiCube for proof.  DigiCube was instantly removed because C-Cex were exposed doing this and spit the dummy out.
Anyone mentioning it in C-Cex chat was banned.   I will not trust this exchange with ANY of my crypto again.

Try getting it on Rawx.io, a new exchange but slowly growing and you also get a little bit of interest on the trade fees.

explorer at http://cryptobe.com/chain/808 isn't reporting difficulty, and the wallet reports "difficulty" : 7150.36378620
that seems really low, if I put my s7 on it @4.8 TH/s I would mine around 145,186 coins at the current reward of 10.98 ( 249.23 USD ) in 24 hours
something is a little off ??

note: the current network hash rate is only 959.71 GH/s

maybe I should put up a pool real fast
