In my country, there is not much job and half people are far away from nativeland. People there has 70-300$, you can't start working with your education and skills, if you want to work as an  office-cleaner, than you need to know english and must be studied in university, that's very silly and if you want good job with high paying, than you need good and  influential relative, that situation is in my country. People here don't want to help each other, everyone cares about theirself.

The question is very familiar and sounds irritating but its the truth that haunts me since i started a family. How much money do I have left from my job, i guess its not a suitable question to me, the question to me should be " do you have money left from your salary". Its sound funny but there are no more money left from my salary. It is not enough and I fall short but thanks to bitcoin I am earning to cater my financial shortage.

Really? I expected everyone here to be making about $100 000 / year

Ha, 5 people respond and you think their responses apply to everyone!?

You should offer a poll that'll give you a better spread of income across more people. It's tough for someone to admit to how much income they earn, which can then be linked to their user ID and potentially to their identity.

One thing I've learned from asking questions like yours is that there are a surprising number of people on this site that come from countries outside the main economic powerhouse countries (i.e., England, EU, US, Canada, Japan, China). I wonder if the ease of access to bitcoin or the easy of access to bitcoin on this site via signature campaigns has been a great attraction for those living in lower earning countries, lower salary countries.

Any thoughts on this?

I want to share mine also, I am earning more or less $6,000 dollars per year and that is before the basic expenses like food, rent, and transportation. That is net of tax because I have an agreement with my employer that they will shoulder my taxes.

For me, that is not really a big amount that is why I am having an interest in working online to increase my earnings as I have a family already and my expenses is really high that if I really on my day job I cannot live with it.

I want to talk about salaries. How much $ do you have left after paying taxes, rent, and basic expenses (electricity, water)
I get $10 000/y like a fucking slave
My spending basic is $5 000 / year, including food, $2 500 without food
I live in the former SSSR
Another reason to move away

Also they give me these communistic so called "benefits" when you get like prepaid cards for predefined services

https://www.facebook.com/televize.polar/videos/1047399295339540/

I don`t have a job,so i can`t tell you. Grin

When you move to the west, your salary might be bigger, but the prices are way higher.

Where in the former USSR do you live?

Its quite an eye opener to se ethe amount of variation in wages from around the world, Russia seems to be quite low wages compared to most. I probably have about $7000 spare cash a year but it generally gets spent and not saved since i have quite expensive hobbies. Im not sure if that actually makes me better off than others that have posted though since the cost of living is probably much higher where im from.

When in terms of money left in a salary for me nothings left unfortunately the income are fit only for daily needs.I manage to budget the money for food and that of immediate needs.Maybe find another source of income to cater my wants and needs and most of all you can have money left on your purse.

Very sad to see this. you must have one of the worst countries in the world considering GDP per Capita. Also this question does not prove richness since one person may make much money and spend much money.

These are some crazy stories, but I believe the rich would not share their stories
In France you would get 30 000€/year just for knowing English

What? How? That's pretty good money..

I live in USA but where I live $30k a year isn't too shabby.. Pretty much you make $10k a year here or your dirt poor..

GF makes about $15k managing a store and I prolly make about the same but I'm self employed and work from home..

Damn, and i'm always complaining about my salary Sad.
My salary it's not always fixed, and i get somewhere around 1500-2000$ after taxes, depending on bonus or extra work i do, and i work on an outsourcing system, knowing that the client its paying around double that what i won before taxes.
After paying rent, electricity, water and all those fixes expenses, since i'm dividing it with my girl. I get with around 500-700$ per month, that now days goes to spend with my new born child Smiley.

Ps: i live in Portugal

I see a lot of people here thinking that in "USA" everybody makes a lot more money and it is untrue.. Most european countries have higher average earnings per person than us and the oil rich middle eastern countries too..

Where I live is a poorer rural area, lot of white trash in trailers..

But think, a shit trailer house is $500-$700 a month rent, Apartments are like $700-$1200 a month for average lower class..

Electricity is $140 a month, Internet is $60, car insurnce about $100 a month average I'd say for a $5,000 car and its the law, cell phones are $50 a month and I have 3 in my family, food is not cheap, you can hardly eat for less than $5 per meal per person so a 4 person family @ 3 meals a day your going to spend $1,000 a month in food easy..

I own my place so don't pay rent or a payment because it's paid but still its $1,200 a year just in taxes on it alone and it's only worth $20k tops..

It's not like were living the dream just because we live in the USA, times are tough here..

I spent a few months working in Detroit this summer, their are more abandoned falling in half burnt windows broken houses and buildings than you can imagine, thousands and thousands of em.. You can almost get these properties for free because it costs more to tear the shit down than the lot would be worth.. It costs $5k to tear a house down and dispose of it but then you have an empty lot that is worth like $200.. They sell houses there for $500 just to try to get someone paying taxes on the thing.. But taxes are HIGH there because FUCKING LIBERALS making you pay all that welfare to everyone else.. That's Detroit..

Even if you are from China or Russia you have heard about Detroit haven't you?

The problem of salary growth not keeping up with living expenses is a universal one.
It doesn't matter how much you earn and it doesn't matter where you live.  Grin

It seems that you are making a lot of money from your job than mine.  I only making like $3500 a year and it seems like I am contented to that before.  Then like you I realize that I work very hard but still was not able to live a comfortable life.  I work hard but my salary seems like not suitable for my efforts.  I resigned and then after that I realized that I made a right decision.  I know now where to go and have goals in life right now.

In my country theres a law that minimum wage earners are exempted to tax thats why we really dont mind the taxes implemented by goverment but theirs VAT when we buy some basic goods And thats ok since its helping my countries economy and my salary left is enough to survive for 1 month and wait another salary date.
I have enough money made from my job and I am still working I think that is better to be doing bitcoin as something extra because you then have not to rely on bitcoin.
Some times bitcoin is stable for a long time and then money is not made for me.
