Impatience is an attitude that we can't change in the first place. But if you are a gambler and does have this you should be aware that anything can goes wrong if you are impatient. But this is not the worst mistake I think since there are so many gamblers that are dealing with problems that made them sold their property. The worst mistake in gambling is that you are depending on it and you started to become greedy.

Being weak emotionally will lead you to a big problem, also it depends on your goal, if your goal is too ambitious that you can make a lot of money in gambling then I'm sure you will have to go through on a stressful journey. To be successful you need to be smart enough to control your emotion in order to effectively execute your game plan.

My worst mistake is when I bet in position when I already have win a lot of streak. I gamble for some satoshi, I never chance that amount of money until I win a lot. But when I have some bigger money, I gamble all of it and I hope I will win. But I was wrong and I lose. I collect my money little by little, and then gone in a second just because 1 spin.

Bet higher and higher when we lose  is not justified in gambling, when we lose and then we place a higher bet that means we are trying to win and take back what we have lost, and that is a sign of poor self-control, it is the thing that is not wrong but also should not be done.

No. Greed is always present in gambling and it's the reason you want to earn much money so we can say that gambling itself is a mistake. It's technically greed but I prefer it's gambling because your life could be worse with just one wrong decision.

I agree greed is always present but it is up to us if we want to welcome them.  We can always control ourselves and forbid greed to take over our system but most people let this gree to take over them.  I have once experience it and it cost me a lot since it makes me lose huge amount of money.  I learned from that experience and now always take cautious when playing gambling games.

I think, there is not any difference between mistake and an idiotic move. A mistake indeed is an idiotic act. By the way, in gambling games, we really don't need to understand anything because luck is all that we have in this game and nobody can actually understand anything about luck. I know what is slot and dice games but it does not help me in winning games.

As it is, you got too emotional about it and sorry to say, a little bit greedy as well. Truth is bitter uhn? I feel for you though cause it can be so frustrating and annoying loosing such a huge amount of money. 0.5BTC aren't easy to come by these days mate !

The thing with gambling is never to bet too much and try as much as possible to stay on the lows no matter what to limit your chances of loosing most especially from long streaks of losses. This isn't a guarantee of winning, but at least, it is less risky. And the most important thing is to have it in mind already that you have lost it all, so that when it all disappears, you won't be bothered and when you have more, it ends up more like a gift.

That is so epic, but there is no one to blame about it, at least you've learned your lesson that gambling is not just a game that anyone could play as long as they have money, you think the wrong idea. Well it is really expected because it is hard to win in gambling. I wouldnt really put any hope in gambling at all because it is known as hopeless thing . Alot of people including me in the past made decision to gamble and win alot of money but in the end we are only regretting everything. Playing with money cannot afford to lose is certainly the worst mistake and it becomes quite a hopeless situation if that was a borrowed money, then one would have lost twice as much as he/she would have to face the agony of generating same amount all over again, only to hand it over as pay back for the loan. Taking a loan for gambling is not recommendable at all, because it is sure to make a player tensed up with fear and mistakes would then follow!
