Of course, it is okay to earn and hold bitcoins till the price goes higher, then you can sell.
I think they ask is is it legal or not? I think it's easy to collect bitcoin. but that is expected by many people is legalization? but I do not need it?

no one can judge you if you want to buy and hold you bitcoin so it is legal you money you can do what ever you want after all that belong to you.
government can,if the government just state bitcoin as illegal and already regulating it,and you're still under government rules and being forced to obey it,they can catch you if you were been known using bitcoin, just be realistic, justifying yourself won't help anything if you're facing government

As i am from country where bitcoin is stated to be a illegal currency so, its ok to earn form small services and signature campaign here and hold my bitcoins ? I need some suggestions ? I love bitcoin and i can't leave it !
If its illegal, holding them will still be illegal. But as long as you are not caught then its up to you. If your country has monitoring technology then you should stop. But if they are not strict and your problem is that you cannot cash out due to its illegal nature then its better for you to keep it. IF you are going to abroad to have a vacation you can convert it to cash and spend a happy vacation.

If your country banned bitcoin, then IMO it's illegal to have bitcoin or even do transaction. If you have bitcoin you can be considered as criminal as bitcoin is banned. Although bitcoin is anonymous, you should be careful if you want to have bitcoin.

Be an abiding citizen and don't face the consequences. Or you can leave your bitcoin in some online wallet where the server isn't located in your country and save your bitcoin there. Don't you ever dare to withdraw it coz it will be a crime LOL. Just buy items in online store not located in your country. I think that way your safe.

You can always use, hold Bitcoins regardless your government law, simply because Bitcoin is anonymous and you can earn and exchange Bitcoins easily without providing the personal infos or data.

But what i feel is earning btc, exchanging it into my currency and use them for my expense in not an offense right. I use btc in this way for my expense.

Exactly. Even when you exchange btc to your currency, the account detail you provide is not stored with BTC. The traders may store it for future transactions. Its very safe and secured. Exchanging is not an illegal work.

Maybe it is counted as an illegal currency because it is not possible to tax all of it. As they are millions of transactions everyday not counting all the different wallet providers. It is unfair for your government as people would likely use btc to not be tax.

Bitcoin not being accepted in your country does not mean it's illegal. Your country may not just acknowledge its significance yet. As long as there is no law against using it, you're good.
I think there is no legal or illegal in bitcoin although the government or the country prohibits the use bitcoin. they will not be able to do anything to you. so basically they can not perform any intervention so you're free to use bitcoin, earning or spending bitcoin
