I think that luck i more useful then skill since we won't know what the price of whatever you are trading in the future. If I was  trader, I'd like it the way it is right now because there would be room to get a high amount of profit(or loss), but I wouldn't mind a stable price s well, to prevent me from losing too much money.

Skill is more important in my opinion, but when luck, whether good or bad comes your way then you are like a boat on the sea, completely dependent on the sea.

I'm for skills, people who wish to trade need to have information's about crypto world. Luck in trading is when you sell coins right before drop, buy before rise. Traders need to know what lead this market, and what can move market. Skills trader will make profit in any case, and for him luck is when he earn more then planed. People who trade with luck are lucky if they don't lose everything.
Maybe I'm wrong, but there isn't million developers, someone who is there know which dev's are reliable, and who can be possible scammer. I don't know nothing about that for example.

So if you have a more experience from which you learn from the way you use to trade ,losing ,or selling and buying early then your experience will be your skill so you will know the consequences on that move as the trading goes in the same way.

The thing is there is no such person that has no luck in his life, I think we should only focus on our skills and let the gift of God be with us in times we need up, luck can be anywhere but we cannot rely on it everyday so we need to be more focus on developing our skills on the job we wanted to do or the profession we wanted to become.

Voted for both, it is very important to have skills. That itself will give you an edge when you trade. But a little bit of luck helps as well, sometimes when you are down, and that extra tick of the candle pushes it for you to make a profit. Or sometimes the tech youre invested in which is dwindling down, has a streak of good luck with their business and starts rising up. Those are out of your control and thats where luck comes in

Skills are absolutely necessary in trading; luck helps but if you have the proper knowledge then it isn't needed. You can have Skill without luck but not the other way around. It doesnt hurt to research and stack the odds in your favor. That mixed with a little bit of luck is a win-win scenario in any circumstance...

i prefer with both, skills and luck. with skill we can make analyze about the coins and with little of luck we can get profit. but with only luck, we can gain profit too. and if both skills and luck is combine, you can imagine how much we can get profit.

Yeah, with Trading you need to be smart, and have good luck sometimes. It's always a risk to take. Personally i would say its indeed a mixture of both

You are right skill is more important and luck alone will not be dependable for longer as no one know that when will be the luck in their favor, so if someone do not have knowledge and skills in trade then they do not have to involve in trading. and the Luck is only a side player which boost up the chances of earning higher profit.

no i don't agree with you,skill is indeed matter but if the one who's skilled don't have a good luck then he'll only losing,his skill will be useless,this life is about how luck people are,as you see someone becomes a celebrities and the other becomes homeless,even the homeless actually smarter than the celebrities,does it because of the skill?

it is true, more skill is needed in trading. we need more expertise in predicting price movements bitcoin / altcoin.

They both matter and ofcourse skill is more important because skill is something you can rely on. Luck has more potential to return great things to you but you can't really initiate luck so it's unreliable like I already pointed out.
So for me Skill >>>>>> Luck.

Definitely both.
I'd say 50% for luck: opportunity to buy when extremely low, and for coin value to go up up up.
Then another 50% for skill: taking the opportunity to buy when low, and then knowing when to sell.

For sure I'd give skill the edge here and an higher percentage. Skill is what makes it all possible in the first place. On skills you can rely and on luck you can't.
Luck will strike when you don't expect it and if you have skill you have control over the situation.

I vote for luck and unluck because even with the most skill if you get unlucky you lose that's it. Luck is very important. Skill lays the base of what your about to do and luck decided the draw.
Sometimes you get a lucky streak and unlucky streaks and those are the moments that matter alot. Skill doesn't play SUCH a big role.

on any kind of business skill and luck both are important .you  dont have any hand luck but you can not complain about upgrading your skills
