on any kind of business skill and luck both are important .you  dont have any hand luck but you can not complain about upgrading your skills

Wise decision. Actually there is no talking about luck when it comes to businesses. You should always think two step forward. You dont just come to a decision that you will do it. There will be plans and if the skills that are needed can be provided by your skills.

You will need both. In this world, take any example, you will find out that if you lack in having the skills or luck, you will be left out. Example, you know the rules of a gambling game and have developed some tricks and strategies of your own based on your skills. But if you don't have luck then, you are going to loose.

Skill is more important, but you still need a bit of luck on your side.
Look at the best poker players. They don't win every hand.
They make money by winning more hands than a less skilled player.
They know when to push their advantage by betting big, when to fold due to the risk being greater than the reward.
But you still need a bit of luck to get some decent cards.

You can't be successful unless you have both, and nobody can have both all the time, that's why there aren't many successful traders around, otherwise everyone would be on the right side of the trade all the time which is not possible. If you gain something, it means somebody lost it.

You are right for a business we do not have to wait for the luck to come but the efforts and skills are the tools which can make a business a more successful and can make us to earn a bigger profit from there to live a luxurious life over there.

good point mate skills can be develop and most of successful traders really have good skills in order for them to achieved what they already have the more you study and research the more positive returns will be yours when dealing with trading so better to really use your time to keep on searching for more possible ways to success and when luck hits your way it will turn big for sure.

  As yet there are people who break schemes but they  are counted,for ordinary people(Understand the correct way to refer to commonly,average,most of us)  it depends on each person, for example if you ask the  wall-street wolf probably will tell you that none is forever, others will tell you that skills are more needed, others that luck is only necessary.As you can realize there will always be different points of view.The same is true in ball games, of course the match result depend on a team most of the time, but this team needs at least a scorer with own skills, but it turns out that sometimes in certain clinchers the scorer fails, and you ask what happened here? and everyone says: failure luck.  

Skills are very different from luck because you can have luck any time but skills cant have everyone for the same things skills needs to be learned and luck is just there when yoiu dont expect it and that is fun about luck.

actually luck is also skills but it happens when you are not expecting it to happen!

many people think they got lucky especially in things like trading when they have some minimal amount of skills, but in fact they used their knowledge and experience to make that choice that ended up being a good choice and helped them make a profit but it was in their subconscious that they made that choice.

Why ? yes if you trade on yobit new adds it is based on luck
But if it comes to more serious coin trades it is skills , learn & recognize good & bad news, read the charts , and have know how to enter / exit

When trading What Matters More Skills or Luck?

It much better if we choose both and skills are very inportant where you need to have Luck too i am playing at bustabit im not advertising this gambling website there would be a 99% of luck and 1% skill you all you need to do is to predict when the bust will happeb but after that make sure that you already cash out.

Both matter, but much like poker I'd say it's 80/20 Skill/Luck. On a long enough timeline, the skilled trader will always outperform the lucky trader.

With respect to trading, our skill will bring our luck. Yes, only skill is more than enough to be successful with trading. But, there is an external force always playing to define our fate, if you believe in that then luck is also important for deciding our fortunes.
