Lets be 100 when you really think about Vericoin is a better internet coin then Bitcoin.  Its more cost efficient, Way faster and you get interest.  With Verium it enhances vericoin even more.  The relationship between the two will only grow tighter.

For ICO you can send coins from exchange but cannot submit an address from exchange for receiving coins, that has to be generated with VeriCoin wallet because you will need the private key for importing into the Verium wallet at release time after the ICO

All instructions will be on ico page when it's posted, it's straight forward.
