Nooo please.  Many of us love to discuss our favorite sports and our bets.

I bet you do. Plenty of gambling/sports forums to do that though.

Here's a tip.  The threads where the spammers are likely to flock into are the less popular sports and leagues threads. 

They're not. They post in the popular threads like football which seemingly has a thread for half the leagues in the world and they're easily abused as evidenced by all those FortuneJack spammers belonging to one person that were posting the same shit just reworded slightly post after post day after day going on for months.

I think renaming it 'Trash' would be even better. I wouldn't mind if people were actually having some worthwhile discussion in there but it's largely just illiterate spammers looking to easily get away with hitting their post requirement to the max. Just report nonsense threads like that one and they'll either be locked or trashed (as that one now is). That sub could do with a clean-up to be honest.

Yeah, that's pretty silly. Just posted in their thread about it. Doubt anything will change if people can still get paid for posts like these:

Total goals option is looking more convenient for AS Roma vs AC Milan tonight. It is offering an odd which has rates at limit @1.53 for this kind of option with 3 goals at least. There will be recorded some good number of goals, The final result for this match can go in either side's favor. I see an equal opportunity based on same chances for both teams.

AC milan is quite bad in away games and AS roma is one of the toughest team to beat at home so only with this comparison you can tell that the winner is going to be as roma however most likely that both team will score in this match so getting both team to score might be a good choice as well instead of AS roma moneyline

Well I barely browse that sub and haven't checked or seen your content in there so can't comment on that but it's the posts quoted above that are the issue as they are only created because of their signature campaign requirements. In fact, that entire Gambling Discussion sub was created because sig spammers were creating so many threads to discuss sports and other crap about whether bitcoin is good or evil etc and those were only being created because certain campaigns insisted you had to have most of your posts in the gambling section.

I just found this thread, I would love to see the guys with fortunejack signatures banned to hell. I actually post in the gambling section mostly, It's the most frustrating thing to get responses that don't mean anything and the author has no idea what he is actually posting about.

Yep.  That's one of the reasons why I left the 777 campaign.   There's a bonus for posting in the gambling section,  and I found myself trying to post there, and it's an absolute shit show.   Nobody reads, and what gets written is complete crapola.  And you are right, the fortune jack shitposting squad are some of the worst offenders.  I get the feeling that there are a lot of alts all enrolled in that campaign.

There's already been a big group being weeded out right before they had to restart their campaign.
I don't think much changed though, so there is quite possibly another group (or further alts from the same person) still taking advantage of that campaign.

Being in charge of the 777Coin campaign, I'd like to comment here, this is my personal opinion, and not representing SMAS/the other members.
I didn't set up the campaign and the rules were made like that when I took over. I however accepted the rules like that and am running the campaign in this way right now.
I think a bonus payment system is way better than systems like FortuneJack or others, which require a certain amount of posts in the gambling subsection.
It's indeed giving an additional incentive to post in gambling sections (which obviously is the goal of it), but unlike the others, it still gives the users the option not to.

I've just checked, and it seems that Lutpin took the full list instead of the list with people that got banned for spamming. The people that were personally banned by Yahoo shouldn't be in the SMAS list, similarly the people that I've banned for breaking the rules in Bitmixer shouldn't (and aren't) either.

Honestly this forum is becoming a chore to use. You can't no longer have fun. You are always paranoid about how your account will be trashed because you posted a reply that was too short, or you posted a couple of messages in a row... ridiculous. We should be able to shitpost a bit and have fun even when wearing a signature campaing, just let the admins fo the signature campaings decide if they will pay us or not for the posts individually. Sometimes I was in a campaing and I felt like replying a really short answer or posting a funny gif as a reply or shit like that, but I was too paranoid that I would end up getting banned. Somehow I still ended up on that list.

Let's just hope there are still sig managers willing to select members for themselves instead of blindly trusting a list made by other people.

Another ridiculous thing. People take breaks, sometimes they don't post for months, who cares about how long the person's break is as long as they do a good job when they are actually posting within the campaign term.

There always are/will be few campaigns with less competitive rates that will struggle to fill all the spots, apply there. Plus, you can always approach managers and politely ask to evaluate your post quality themselves. Plus, you can ask the manager who blacklisted you to reconsider.

Sure, if SMAS team gets overzealous and bans valuable posters, then, eventually, the other managers will face a choice of:

I never had a single problem in the endless sig campaigns i've participated at, always told that I did a good job. It's only after the SMAS thing started that I get insta rejected because all managers do is copy+c on your nickname and ctrl+f on this thread, if you are there then you are fucked, it's as simple as that, and it's unfair. Im sure I would have been able to participate in all those campaigns managed by yahoo in a pre-SMAS environment.
