I really think those who sell accounts to these scammers should be able to help track them down. niktitan132, wasserman and kooke i think are bought accounts and those who sold these accounts can possibly help expose these scammers.
I think those scammers also keep anon, even they are not anon, the sellers would not ask so much. Damn these scammers fool ppl so easily.

So has it been confirmed that deClouds and Opair are of the same group?
Don't know, they copied linkedin each other, it is very possible, but no real proof to connect them. They are confirmed scams, this is proven fact. It's a great lesson for others to read. Especially that Opair, because the OP just kept going as if he was going to provide something, even many weeks when it was pretty much confirmed that it was a scam. The ability to just lie without any remorse. Perhaps being a criminal, he'll get caught doing something else and get locked up for a really long time, even though the victims here won't know about it. Indeed this will be a lesson to investors who lost some of their BTC in these 2 scams. Better do your own proper research next time and not just rely on others. It doesn't really help if scammer have other accounts that keeps hyping and believing, encouraging others to invest in it. Or escrows that have no idea who they are escrowing (2 of 3 keys held by dev). This greek guy must be first time to be escrow, he lacks of experience, so he failed. SebastianJu has much more experience on this, so he refused to be the escrow of declouds, but Sj was scammed by wasserman too. SJ wasn't scammed by wasserman, he got paid for his services also Lutpin got paid for running the signature campaign SJ took care of that. However SJ tried to get trough to people there was something fishy and people ignored it. Even worst people who first wanted out suddenly wanted to stay in again because of a crappy qt wallet. SJ did a good job but stubborn investors ruined it by voting to release the funds.

Can't blame them they want it released and want the coins to be on the exchange perhaps so they can simply get out by dumping the coins and avoid all the tedious refunding. There will be more of these scams later. Nodio crowdsale i think is just one and just got busted as well.

I learned my lesson (ihope enough) from declouds and opair, declouds I just lost a little and for opair I got refunded and what I had from non-refundable phase 1 I sold with profit on yobit because I was one of the first there when it got listed luckily. And yeah there will be many more to come, and just like me other un-experienced people will need to learn the hard way.

I am very sorry that nobody wanted to listen to me!!! and as such whoever did lose anything by investing ito this very old and obvious scam... Deserves what happened because they are not listening.. Unfortunately i am laughing my but off now!!!! i have asked several times several questions that need to be answered before investors adopt this coin. and as normal the Dev is ignoring my questions. that is not good for investors of a new coin to get directly ignored simply because the question im asking is uncomfortable to answer. as this coin is trying to merge into the crypto world and it is advertising it is backed by precious metals. looking for proof of the backing is normal or it is simply backed by a picture of precious metals and the devs idea of precious metal backing is a picture on a webpage. proof of backing is required
sorry but we need always some time in order to answer any question. 1. after sucesfull ICO we’ll be registering a UK company with financial license 2. the nessesary amount of metals will be stored by UBS Bank (SWITZERLAND) first you need to have a successful ICO ? so i can presume that with the funds of that ICO you would be buying the Precious metals? if the ICO is not fully successful the the metals are not going to be bought correct? yes, correct the first we need to have successful ICO, if not the funds will be refunded to users. Practically your launch is for the other people to buy at a higher then reasonable price your self invented crypto currency your actual backing by precious metals are= you have none of any of those precisou metalsthe picture on your OP represents 4 main precious metals that you do not have selling your coin in a so called ICO and using some of the profits or proceeds to buy a small amount of precious metals putting those metals "if you actually buy them and if you actually put them in a bank and all of this only if your ICO goes well. in plain words your only backing is for others to send you cash so you can hold their money and do what you think is best ,when and where and how you want to.! starting a OP with full deception is not a good idea

Do you have any proof of this or is it just hearsay. metal backed coins are all scams duh not ALL haha, just MOST as it takes alot more work than people tend to realize. FIAT+CRYPTO=COMPLICATED https://www.dinardirham.com/they offer prob one of the only legit gold backed coins (even xaur is kinda "give them money hope for best", compared to these guys) DinarCoin <-- not to be confused with the dinar crap coins noobs buy funny tho cause i never touched declouds because i have the same attitude : Metal backed coins never end well. and its true, when they start on BCT they dont end well, REAL gold backed coins go the way of big money with proper seeds/angels/VCs

Their market cap is really good, and ICO raised 5M USD, which means ico investors make money. This coin-declouds made for scamming bitcoins, and bought account makes him suspicious. Why does it still say 5% bonus in the title?
read the last 10 pages... TL;DR : IT WAS A SCAM a bought account for the sole purpose of running this ICO its nice to know people saw thu it in july tho, well , some people.. my disbelief post is back there somewhere too, tho i dont need the affirmation in my life to need to scream "i told you so" to investors and quote myself ;p
