i made an ANT deposit that was never credited. Been at it with support for 2 days, with no progress, not sure what to do. Seems like a scam at this point, i sent the txids and now support says it has been credited which is a blatent lie.
it has been 4 days now and my deposit has not been credited. I will post screenshots and txid in a bit to confirm this, liqui has stolen my tokens at this point. Don't waste your time here. All support tickets proceeded by Liqui freshdesk support within 24h. support told me it has been credited and i sold it for another asset. no trades show up in my account, i have asked them over a day ago to send me my trade history to prove this, I haven't received a response since. It's been 4 days since i have opened a ticket and have gotten one or 2 one line responses everyday. hey still no reply from support so ill just post here in hopes of getting this fixed. Here are the 3 screenshots i sent support about issues with my balance: they are my ANT trades, deposits, and withdrawls. As you can see i have 4000 ant going in, 0 trades, 995 ant going out and 0 ANT balance remaining. it clearly doesn't add up. Support 48 hours ago notified me that i had sold by ANT for ETH (which i did put up sell orders), none of the transactions showed up on my account ledger and when I asked them to send me a trade history for my account they didn't do so. Also, my ETH balance doesn' add up to 3000 ant tokens sold at what i set my sell orders to be, and its been over 24 hours since last contact of me requesting to see my trade history. My Trade history works for every coin pair except for these "missing" ANT transactions. I would like my coins back. still no response from support, made a smiple request for trade history to prove i "sold" my ANT tokens, they refuse to give any.

Liqui can you please put a warning or a message if we typed our passwords and emails wrong. During the time when there was a DDOS I was surprised I can't log in and I don't know if I just forgot my password or not because there was nothing to show.

I confirm here USDT withdrawals are not processing. Support says it is because of blockchain que which is bullshit. How come LIQUI does not have confirmed funds in wallet??
Waiting for fast solution or your exchange can take place in exchange garbage.

The addresses they generate are unique I believe and only one user control them, so can't you simply check the address on the blockchain and see If they actually sent funds there or not?

From today all ERC-20 tokens will have common deposit address at Liqui. The old addresses will be re-generated.

I posted screenshots in this chat of the missing funds, you guys still refuse to credit me. no response from support after i sent them my trade history showing their error. I am willing to put up 1btc in escrow to a respected 3rd party if the site is willing to do so as well. we can have 3rd party arbritration and the winner gets the other sides escrow. I am confident that funds are being stolen from me at the moment.

I´ve deposit a few coins, traded and put a little or interest to try it out. No issues until know. The only think i cant speak about are withdrawals because i have not tried any. So, for me, so far so good.
Of course it´s not perfect. A few issues could be adressed but nothing to keep me away.

The exchanger suddenly changed the deposit addresses.I sent the ICN to the old address.When will my tokens be sent to me? Ticket was written operatively. Four days passed. There arises the question of trust in this resource.
I don't mean to make you in a state of panic but If the address changed, Its for a reason, probably you won't receive funds even If they got sent to the old address.
A question for Liqui.io, what are your plans for UASF/BIP148?
