dapat sumagot din dito ang taga coins.ph.
wala silang sagot sa mga tanong dito.

lage din kasi ako nag loload sa coins.ph
tingi lang kasi tag 10.00 lang pina pa load ko if kailangan.
piro hindi pa ako nanalo sa promo nila.


Although medyo sablay sa akin iyong latest promo nila, pero sige sabihin nating genuine at authenticate iyon. Di porket nagloload ka dapat 100% tatama ka. For your info, sa isang tao isipin mo na lang ilan ang entries na pinadala nila. Kung di ka pa nanalo wag na magwhine dito kasi walang dating. Sana mas maging active din kayo dito sa forum kasi most users here posts here instead na magsend ng ticket directly sa website. That's the old one it's not active anymore, you don't understand this thread, it's coins.ph.. it is not an exchange dude..

Let me rephrase that. Coins.ph is not an Alt coin which can be trade. Coins.ph or coins.asia is an exchange wallet where we can exchange BTC to PESO or PHP the local currency of our country. It's similar to coinbase which is an exchange wallet for US citizens and can trade BTC to USD.

Each Coins.ph account has two wallets - BTC wallet and PHP wallet. At any time you may convert your funds from PHP to BTC and vice versa using our platform. Please note that we only transact with these currencies. You may also send funds to another wallet and you may send BTC to Bitcoin wallets that are not hosted in our platform.

Sakit sa ulo ng web chat support nyo.  Ewan ko ba parang hindi nagiimprove support service ninyo dyan sa coins.ph.  Nakalagay 10am-6pm pero pag nagsend kami ng message senyo minsan ilang araw bago kayo nagrereply.  Kadalasan several hours bago yung reply nyo.  Minsan nga naiisip namin kung ano ang working ethics nyo dyan sa coins.ph or alam ba ng owner na ganun ang service ng mga nakaassign na support team.  10-am to 6pm pero pag magsend ka ng message during those time aabutin ng oras bago mareplyan.

Sakit sa ulo ng web chat support nyo.  Ewan ko ba parang hindi nagiimprove support service ninyo dyan sa coins.ph.  Nakalagay 10am-6pm pero pag nagsend kami ng message senyo minsan ilang araw bago kayo nagrereply.  Kadalasan several hours bago yung reply nyo.  Minsan nga naiisip namin kung ano ang working ethics nyo dyan sa coins.ph or alam ba ng owner na ganun ang service ng mga nakaassign na support team.  10-am to 6pm pero pag magsend ka ng message during those time aabutin ng oras bago mareplyan. 

dapat tlagang mag improve yung customer service hotline nyo kasi di naman 8 hours lang ang mga nag cacash in at out sa inyo e , tsaka di naman lagi na ok yung transactions sa inyo tulad ko , di ko naman nakuha yung pera ko through egive cash pero nung chineck ko sa coins,ph ko nakuha ko na daw .

   Ask ko lang for example ngsend ako to coins.ph btc wallet ko at a rate of 90,000 date 05/18/2017 at 10:00 am pero receiving pa rin
   siya after 10 hours xempre magbabago na ung rate nio diba for example ung rate e tumaas ng 91,789 naging ganyan ung rate tapos
   nareceived na siya sa ganyang rate, sa anung rate ba siya papasok sa 90,000 or sa 91,789??

It is confirm, those two, loice and thomas are from coins.ph, I verify it yesterday and yes, they confirm that they are really from coins.ph...
So are they gonna make this thread more active now?

I see their name in my coins.ph too because I usually send them message whenever I encountered some problems.
Sana may representative din sila dito. Inwian na nila itong thread nila sobrang importante pa naman kasi marami ding queries about sa kanila dito
Yan na ngang si loice at thomas ang representative natin dito sa forum. See their post. Yung luma baka wala na sa coins.ph. Mas okay pa rin na sa mismong support nila tayo magtanong kasi for sure di rin ganoon kaactive sila dito tulad noong dating representative nila na bihira lang din sumagot.
Tama, kung hindi agad masagot sa mismong support, dito pa kaya, lol..
Minsan aabot ng isang araw bago sila mag reply, no issue lately so baka nag improve na sila.

Naiintindihan po namin ang inyong frustration, nakakadismaya naman po talaga na kapag naka-encounter ng concern at wala agad na nagrerespond. Pasensya na po kung hindi po namin kayo narereplyan nang kasing bilis nang inyong ineexpect. Constantly po kaming naghahanap ng paraan upang mas mabilis pang makarespond sa customer inquiries sa chat o sa email nang hindi nasasacrifice ang quality ng response.
