May maintenance po ba ngayon ang Coins.ph? Parang wala naman po kasi silang nababanggit na temporary na magda-down ang server nila sa email kaya nagtataka ako bakit biglang hindi makapag-access sa dashboard. Kung may maintenance po sana, dapat nagpadala man lang ng message para at least makaiwas sa aberya. Sa kaso ko po kasi, halimbawa, may importante po akong paggagamitin sana noong balance ko ngayon araw pero hindi ko naman magamit dahil hindi ko mabuksan ang account ko.

First, nagkaroon ng temporary system downtime kanina pero naayos na po siya ng tech team in a few minutes You should all be able to access the site/app already.

Second, naiintindihan po namin na concerned kayo with the current buy and sell price. Our prices are based on current market buying and selling activity. Sa ngayon, marami ang gustong bumili pero kaunti lang ang nagbebenta. Kapag mataas din ang demand, we need to make sure na may sapat na btc for everyone who needs it. Kung mapapansin niyo po, iba iba ang prices sa bawat platform. This difference is due to the fact that all exchanges need to maintain a steady supply of bitcoin in order to buy and sell normally. Because we're built on the blockchain, it's important na may steady supply kami of btc to keep things moving. So, in order to balance the amount of btc we buy and sell, we do two things:

1. Coins.ph must increase its “Sell” price to incentivize more people to sell us their bitcoin in order to ensure that we have enough for everyone.

2. Coins.ph needs to raise its “Buy” price to reduce the number of people buying bitcoin. Together, these actions ensure that bitcoin supply and demand is kept in balance and Coins.ph has a stable supply of BTC.

Gusto ko lang sana itanong, bakit sobrang taas ng fees sa coins.ph (external account)? So first time ko pong gumamit, and I topped up 550 pesos to try. Wanted to send it to my external account. Sinubukan ko magsend ng BTC0.001 tapos ang hinihinging fee is 0.00176637 BTC and that's even low priority. Joke ba to? It's even more expensive than what I want to send lol.

Remember po na with the current status of bitcoin, wag na ugaliing magsend ng MICRO TRANSACTION sa SINGLE INPUT. Talagang kakainin ka ng fees diyan. Actually matagal ng dinidiscourage yang ganyang gawain kasi dagdag traffic lang. If magsesend to external address, much better if bultuhan na or iyon bang BTC0.01 pataas para di ka talo.  Wala tayo magagawa diyan since mas lalo pang dumarami ang bitcoin transaction EVERY SECOND.

Ngayon kung di naman talaga maiwasan na magsend ka ng ganyang amount, you have no choice but to deal with that.

2016? So last year pa? Ako nung July 21 pa ako nag contact sa kanila at panay yung pag follow up ko. Sinabihan ko na nga lang na icancel nlng at gagawa nlng ako ng bagong account. Di pala, nakagawa na pala ako ng bagong account. Hehe Ang bagal kasi nila pero di ko pa yun na verify. Basta mga 1 week at wla pa rin. Pagpatuloy ko nlng yung bagong account depende kung ano maging response ng team nila.

dapat pala yung mga wallet mag upgrade na din sila to use the new segwit address format. ngayon hindi na daw base sa block size kung hindi sa block weight na daw so with the segwit address may 33 byte size lang sya so mas marami daw kasya ngayon sa isang block kaya may dadami mailalagay sa isang block mas bibilis transactions and may mura kasi 33 byte size nalang sya.

so mararamdaman lang natin ito kapag nag upgrade na yung mga wallet to segwit address.

Good Day to both the management of Coins and to Fellow Users. I think it is time for Coins.Ph to increase there Cash-Out limits with the lower levels namely Level 1 and 2 for reasons such as.

1. The price of Bitcoin before is 2000$ and the daily Cash out limit for Level 2 users are 50,000 PHP
2. The price of Bitcoin right now is above 4100$ which is more than double, but still the Cash Out Limit is 50,000 PHP and an Annual Limit of 400,000 PHP

I think it is more than just to change or increase the limits because of the price of Bitcoin has now. It also helps people who is having a hard time getting that Level 3 verification process you have in your wallet. I hope that you listen to our request as it is just a simple one on making our lives better.

 I think that rules was put in place Due to AML Law. and they are force to follow it since they are under the regulation of BSP

With your opinion, I think it's really great to have that applied knowing that the prices are getting higher, it would be impossible for us to cashout using Security Bank's ATM here or the limit would stop us. I hope that it would be raised to coins.ph or see this post. Awesome thought Theb.
