I'm planning to withdraw my funds from Coins through Gcash but as i open my Gcash account it say's

" Oops! There seems to be a problem. Please try again later (Code HJL3).

Do you encounter this kind of problem? Have not open my Gcash account for almost two months now. What should i do with this?

Coins.ph mobile app ba gamit mo dyan? Kasi kakasubok ko lang ngayon sa app nila smooth naman at walang problema. It is either yung account mo ang may error dahil matagal mo ng hindi nagagalaw or sa web ka nag try ng cash out mo.

Additional or mas madali na way try mo “clear data” yung Gcash App sa settings.

Pag hindi gumana bro report mo na lang sa Gcash Customer Support.

No need to contact Gcash Customer support brader kasi gumana na yong Gcash account ko, salamat. May utang akong merit sa iyo .

Solution is to update the app. Since 2 months di na-open, namissed niya ang ilang updates.

3 beses ko na naranasan yan. Medyo may katamaran din kasi ako mag update lol.

You mean offline/physical outlets or online/app?
Mas madali in globe outlets for sure kase there's an easy way to get gcash mastercards than online, tho mas mabilis siguro online pero you still need to wait yung mastercard if you want to avail, well, that's only the issue for me the rest wala namang problema about sa registration.

After I've read the scenario you presented, My answer is NO. Hindi mo pwedeng irekta isend yung USDT mo into coins.ph dahil ang supported coins pa lamang nito (as up to date) ay btc, eth, xrp, and bch. Actually, nasabi mo na rin yung solusyon sa problem mo, since gumagamit ka rin naman ng Binance then iconvert mo muna yung USDT to any of the coins I've mentioned a while ago before sending it into your coins.ph account. Yes, ang KYC dati ng GCASH is sa mga physical store saka if I'm not mistaken sa mga supported remittances center. Wala pa yatang GCASH app nun. Then nung nagkaroo na ng ATM card, same day process lang iyong card sa mga physical store. Hmm depende if ano ang criteria mo para matawag na convenient.

Here's my ranking based on my preferred method:

1) GCASH for small cashouts/urgent  
Processing time = Instant / Withdrawal kahit saang Mastercard supported na ATM, anytime, anywhere.
Fees: 2% of the cashout amount. That's why good lang siya for small cashouts.

2) LBC for small to large cashout
Processing time = Instant / Withdraw kahit saang LBC branch basta may pondo. Kalaban mo nga lang is pag natapat ka sa maraming tao. But syempre sarado sila sa gabi.
Fees: Di fixed e. Depende sa amount. Check mo na lang din. Pero mas cheap compare sa LBC.

3) ML Kwarta Padala large cashout - Ito ang preferred ko kasi mas malaki pondo nila kaysa sa LBC especially sa Malls. Nakapagcashout na ako dito ng half M. 10 transaction slips.
Processing time = Cashout before 12pm, received the same day.
Fees: Depende sa amount pero last time na nagwithdraw ako ng max amount per transaction, Php 50,000 is Php 160 fees.
