the dev is SOLO mining the coin and stacking all the coins in his pockets! and on the other webwallet  non of the previous transactions are present! so he has two different coins! the first was just a bunch of numbers on a webpage running in a database to tally! no value whatsoever! the second one  is now being completely raped by the dev and only him! not allowing others to mine it!

i have been screaming the same thing from the very start! i am considered the Asshole and troll and fudster on this thread!
i hate seeing newbies taken advantage of by a rotten dev that has thought up a way to screw cash out of whoever would listen!
now obviously there are plenty of guys that put up cash both to buy the coin and the btc to have it listed on the exchange and im sure they dont want to lose cash but the only way is to have the Deceiving Dev surrender all his coins to the community.
either a community burn or distributed! but the dev needs to be replaced with a TRUE Developer and not a lie and cheat as this one has proven to be!

c-cex will reject coins with false information in coin count, premine, pos and other things that hides. If dev needs assistance he can someone to make things quicker. Don't release wallet and approach c-cex with all mismatch information.

you cant transfer from two different coins! you have lied to the community the entire time, you changed all the amounts of total coins that was stated from the start and even advertised on you skanky web wallet site! you released a source with several issues and are raping the block chain !
you got caught in your SCAM and with that amount of premine and the deception that you have lead the community to believe is reason enough for you to surrender the entire amount of the coins you have mined and move along bud! i am more then positive as a developer myself that i could run a node and mine this myself but im not like you and i have been only warning the community of this very issue from the start! now you proved me right and its time you take a hike!
