well, i am not at the office and using an older computer, when i get to the office of home i will hack the admins for the peepcoin facebook page and the "illuminati" page, they should be the same person and that should secure the name and after a little more work, that will secure the location of the dev of peepcoin, it is time to shut this one down and get out the burning stake.  i have been on the mid level of coinpayments and even helped them put the site together on a few backend tweaks and they will help put together a nice packet of evidence.  it will all be in interpols hands within the week and we can all move on. 

this will likely not put any cash back into people's hands, but it will stop the guy.  most likely, first offense will not even be jail time, just a hefty fine and restricted business practices, unless it is the USA, which i am sure it is not, and then maybe some stepped up charges that will hurt bitcoin's future more than the dev, but hey, we DRAW THE LINE and we do not accept these things laying down, driving to the office now, good luck to everyone and keep me posted, you can even text me 1-863-397-2244

hey, quickest surprise new coin i ever saw and made money on was Pokecoin.  it was a couple weeks back and i knew that the pokemon craze might help the coin out.  it has a crazy randomized reward system that i liked.  i got the wallet and put $2 towards rented mining for the coin, producing around 100,000.  i intended to keep the coins several weeks and see what happen, but the next day, two days after release, it was on yobit.  i gave away 25,000 to some people to help the market and slowly drained the coins i had. 

over three days i made $57 off of $2 worth of mining.  that is nothing compared to some of our investments, but the way that it flowed, so perfectly and so matching the moment, it was beautiful.

i always encourage people to mine up new coins and hold them, it is one of the corners of our hedge fund(about 10%), your home PC can hold hundreds of wallets that are not running and each of those can hold coins.  about 1 out of 10 of those coins are worth something a few months down the line, as long as you don't spend money of them and don't waste too much time, it is an easy long term investment that takes up nothing more than a few MB of hard drive space per wallet, just watch out for the "reinstall" of windows and make sure that you don't format the hard drive, those old wallet files are still in there

I'm surprised that this thread is still moving on when this is a failed project if you want a real good start up project take a look at Ubiquoin and Victoriouscoin,they are more legit and had a good potential profit in the future,don't waste your time to this crap coin anymore..

ummm, not sure i understand your English.  Github is the depository and most coins put theirs on there.  For a released coin, like this one, you do not need to touch the github source.  you have the wallet and that is enough for you.  the source allows people like us to look through the code and see red flags.  Anyone can release a coin and release a wallet.  I can code a coin and wallet and make them very attractive, even profitable.  However, I can include in that code access to many things.  I can assume that you have the Bitcoin core and wallet installed if you installed my new coin.  i can send commands to bitcoind to send BTC to my address.  I could even possibly pull off copying and sending the wallet.dat file from your bitcoin wallet to my server.  I can search and send any and all files called wallet.dat to my server and inculde the directory info they came from.  Depending on some things, that gives me control of those wallets and the funds.  I can control your copy/paste clipboard and everytime you copy and paste a BTC address, the clipboard changes it to mine, meaning that everytime you send BTC to someone, you send it to me.  

that, combined with things like pre-mining, reward structure, staking interest and time, difficulty progression, these are things we NEED to see and know before dealing with a coin.  for you, look at the forum before downloading and installing a wallet and stick to premade/compiled wallets to start.  you will learn as time goes by and feel free to look through the github source and read the code, many of them are commented and you will be amazed how complex the simple system of crypto can be

i know it is not much, but we had a little bit of funds in a play account and i bought 45,000 PEEP

i know that many people on here got heavily promised and not provided for and i would like to give 4 people 10,000 PCN and another person 5,000 to help make up for the time and effort spent.  they are worth only 1 Sat each, but maybe that will change.  the first four people that post their PCN address here will get the 10,000 and the next person 5,000, after that i will try each day to buy some more and give them out.  i am not the dev, not associated with the project at all, but i would like to try to help out

Also, i suggest going to the exchange and getting an address there, if that takes too long and you miss out today, like i said, i will be back tomorrow with more, but i think that is a more stable address and blockchain than the varied wallet forks.  either way, post your address and in a little bit i will send them out, only the first 5 people today, so don't fill the thread with addresses if there are already 5 replies, i wanted to do this via PM, but i think the coin itself needs some public TLC
