as the number of bitcoin users are increasing day by day and making bitcoin more stronger that its previous position , and people are become addicted therefore it has become difficult for them not to use bitcoin.
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

A world without Bitcoin will still a working world. Bitcoin is only an alternative money for us who knows it. People can still continue what they are doing daily with or without Bitcoin . There are still the flat currency and the gold to use as an investment.
yes that is right to say, as still moos of the people are using fiat currency and those people who are using bitcoins they are also using fiat currency and they are using bitcoin as secondary currency, therefore i think there will be no such big effect on the world if bitcoin become disappear.
But I think it will leave some bad effects on the world if bitcoin will go from here as a large number of people are earning their living with bitcoin and they will then earn nothing if it not remain.

I think governments have to accept that people use bitcoin and don't pay taxes. Or, they can make some sort of a licence you must have and pay for if you want to use bitcoin legally. Banning is not a good option IMO, because it will only lead to dark market and black economy.

It's very bad..
When I see this forum
I feel very sad that why my country banned bitcoin..
Though they banned it I always exchange bitcoin with others in returns of some cash in payza.
However they can ban it but they can not control it.

Bitcoin get accept from government need some steps, the main factors is get agreement from the legislature as representative of citizens. For get agreement from legislative, need long time for become law.

it would be like it was before there was a fast Web !! but a lot have no idea what that was like i do you actually had to leave you house to do some thing or find something out. PC were hard to use what web there was was all most use less what takes a few second now to down load could take hours if not days, all there was was dial up and T 1 lines and T1 lines cost to much for the every day user or something like that .

The government will accept bitcoin or any crypto currency if the government feel can control it and keep the coin under supervision, the government want total control over all transaction and all of the user doesn't want this, so the government have 2 option, the first one is force everyone to have transparent transaction or banning the coin

Because the e-government is difficult to control, the best options is banned bitcoin. It happen in some countries, ie Ruasia. But I am sure, though Russia Government banned bitcoin, this will not reduce the use of bitcoin in Russia and other countries. I think the concern of the Government of russia banned bitcoin is make to weaken the legal currency in Russia.

Forbid that you can not control - it is common to most countries. However, many experts believe - the central bank and the government should provide citizens with the opportunity of choice, especially when it comes to the preferred means of payment or investment.

In the rapid development progress of bitcoins, there has been countries where bitcoins are banned like China ,Bolivia ,Bangladesh and others.......... Since bitcoins are not in the hands of government , many countries have banned it and are in the phase on banning bitcoins............ So what should be done? What should be said to the governements?Huh?

There are more than 250 countries in the World. If there are some where bitcoin is banned what's the point? Especially if these countries are very weak economically with relatively small population. Certainly bitcoin circulation can not be affected by them and only.

Bitcoin is not banned in China, as someone explained. But even if it was banned, it would not make much difference, since Bitcoin, by design, does not need permission from central authorities to be issued and used.

Bitcoin is accepted in most countries except a few. smaller countries with small economies that can not compete with Bitcoin. In a few years it will be in everyone Bitcoin
 Wink
Where countries accepted bitcoin? Until now, I never heared bitcoin accepted by the government. We must know, if bitcoin accepted surely jeopardize the country's national security, because the existence of bitcoin can divert the use of official currency to the bitcoin.

I think world without bitcoin it would not be a problem, and nothing will happen. But for the future existence of bitcoin should be considered, because I think bitcoin could be an good alternative money. So the presence of bitcoin should be considered, because if the bitcoin system is repaired, it will be a good alternative money in my opinion.

I guess, Bitcoins are mostly banned in countries that have less feedom than others. The goverments of such countries wish to control each and every step of their citizens and Bitcoin does not give such an opportunity to them that is why they do not allow it.  Sad

I would like to set somet facts straight here. Because you don't really know what you are talking about:

1. In Bangladesh, Bolivia and Thailand bitcoin is really banned. Bangladesh is the worst place for BTC so far: because "anybody caught using Bitcoin could be jailed under the country's strict anti-money laundering laws"
I am not really familiar if they are really executing this law.

- Bitcoin is banned only if countries which are weak and insignificant from the global point of view economy or either afraid that their own national currency is too weak to compete with cryptocurrency (Bolivia, Bangladesh). Or they banned BTC based on totally idiotic claims and fake prejudice (Bangladesh). Some countries (Thailand) actually start to change their approach towards BTC - http://www.coindesk.com/bank-thailand-says-bitcoin-illegal-warns-use/

2. Bitcoin HAS NEVER been banned in China. This is a lie and total misconception. Chinese government financial institution can't use Bitcoin - that is all. Furthermore China is basically controlling bitcoin mining.

Agree with him , Its the fact CHINA is the main thing for this current price uprising Smiley

We are not going to Mars right away, it's called "The Millennial Project of Colonization of Mars" (I don't think we will live to see it. 1000 years!!!). So, let's call it the far/distant future, for now.
Forbid that you can not control - it is common to most countries. However, many experts believe - the central bank and the government should provide citizens with the opportunity of choice, especially when it comes to the preferred means of payment or investment.
And you really think that a central bank and/or a government would welcome Bitcoin with open arms. Central banks might think of creating their own digital coin that can be controlled/controllable and back their governments (such as Canada and Ecuador), but they wouldn't give that support to Bitcoin.
http://www.pymnts.com/news/2015/central-bankers-after-their-own-bitcoin/
well world without bitcoins will really not go well because some people has JOB with it, making a living from it so a world without Bitcoins is really not good.
That's the case for me here. Undecided
