You should collect anc before it hit exchange.
yes. if you like collecting ANC, it is much better not to store it in an exchange address. you don't need to keep wallet running. Just remain in control of that address For those who don't know yet, the distribution of ico ANS to your address is manual. We currently hold distributions once or twice per week. There also could be emergency distributions. BTC price is rising largely due to CNY depreciation, in my opinion. Also personal opinion, value proposition of tokens like ANS is largely associated with the adoption and application of the technology in it, which we do have some major story to release quite soo ANS, as the names goes, is the SHARE ANC is like a dividend for ANS holders we are not approaching exchanges with ANC listing proposal, nor did they do so. reason is simple, apart from increasing market interest, the current ANC supply is low, there won't be enough liquidity on exchanges. (for now it's 8ANC generated every block, you can do the math yourself) No there is limits whatsoever. ANC will be ASSIGNED to your ANS address with every new block, and you are entitled to that amount. You can claim it to your wallet anytime, you can transfer all your ans to your own address and then claim antcoin ,without transaction you can't claim antcoin. the wallet doesn't have to be running constantly, it's all about that address. yes, in this case, actually you are also entitled to the ANC even with your ANS in an exchange, however it's their policy from there...... |

which would be the safer way, web wallet or windows wallet? i see there is no mac wallet available currently.
can you claim ANC on both windows and web wallet?

You don't need a wallet to be running to stake antcoin, as long as you have the private keys of the addresses your holding antshares in, you still be getting antcoin per confirmation. And I guess the windows wallet is the most secure to use. |

WebWallet is at 0%sync for 2hours now, how long does this take?
same case with me, but after reload and login again everything is well 98% sync and i check on transaction list but no transaction yet Relax Antshare team on the stage of fixing some issues that has been bugging everyone and significantly boost overall network capabilities. We may see some improvement in the next few days. |

I have ANS,how can I convert them to ANC?Will it happen automatically when I send them to my wallet? I entered priv keys in ico website and then in web wallet but web wallet still not showing any ANS or ANC
same here, i already claim and still waiting my ANS on web wallet dunno when will receive it He already said that they do that manually and it's also said on the site after claiming. Something like "you'll receive your ANS within a week". How else can it be done manually? I have input all my details like priv keys in ICO dashboard and then manually input the same in web wallet.Now how can I manually sync it? |

I can't keep my tokens on the wallet because of the problem with synchronizing the webwallet, it takes me days before I got my ICO tokens from the wallet and I need to have access to me tokens any time I want, is there not a way to work out a deal with the exchange so have to have access to the ANC

everytime i visit this thread to learn about any update or news, i just come across One Update... and that is always WALLET Update.  for the news part, i learn about the bugs in wallet. i now believe that Antshares team is trying to implement Merphy's Law on Blockchain.  |

Looks like there is a misunderstanding about the meaning of "manually" here: What len01 means, is, that the antshares team sends tokens to the address you claimed your ICO share with. This is not an automated process, there is somebody typing it in by hand. This is what is meant by "manually". If your wallet isn't synced and you want to check whether your funds have been transferred already, the blockexplorer can be found at antcha.in. |
