I have ANS,how can I convert them to ANC?Will it happen automatically when I send them to my wallet? I entered priv keys in ico website and then in web wallet but web wallet still not showing any ANS or ANC

same here, i already claim and still waiting my ANS on web wallet dunno when will receive it

He already said that they do that manually and it's also said on the site after claiming. Something like "you'll receive your ANS within a week".

Good question. I have the same problem. Claimed it 2 days ago, but obviously there is a problem with the web-wallet at least on Mac?

Looks like there is a misunderstanding about the meaning of "manually" here:

What len01 means, is, that the antshares team sends tokens to the address you claimed your ICO share with. This is not an automated process, there is somebody typing it in by hand. This is what is meant by "manually".

If your wallet isn't synced and you want to check whether your funds have been transferred already, the blockexplorer is to be found at antcha.in.

I understand it more like a sarcastic joke: "how can I manually sync it?"

Because many (including me) seem to have the problem, that the wallet doesn't sync. And the problem with it is that the private key is not cold any more.

What is the point in checking the blockexplorer if wallet is not synced ?I think the whole process should be automated to speed it up than doing it manually as chinese people have many holidays and making it automated would make it happen 24/7

I think this bounty strategy is very wrong.

All the inital promotion gets destroyed by all these bounty crybabes looking for their miserable 0.01 BTC.

Please people, before writing some shit about bounties READ for god sake. Last 10 pages it's all the same.

ANS team is working hard in big things, stop shitting in this forum please, your bounties will arrive.

All the inital promotion gets destroyed by all these bounty crybabes looking for their miserable 0.01 BTC.

Please people, before writing some shit about bounties READ for god sake. Last 10 pages it's all the same.

ANS team is working hard in big things, stop shitting in this forum please, your bounties will arrive.

and sometimes clicking on OP profile then read his last post shall answer most of questions
but this wallet really needs a fix

hello. i am i big trouble. according to all the problems with the windows wallet, i deleted/shredded my wallet with mcaffee and opened a new  one.
so at the moment my ans are in nowwhere land ( i can still see them antcha ).

despite all efforts the ans-team is not able to help me.
these are their last words:
"Dev told me the situation is different now: you need to seek help from somewhere else.

You need to somehow restore the shredded db3 file.

Search for help with Mcafee is possibly the best way, just tell them you need to restore a shredded file.

Or, seek help from professional hard drive engineers, there are ways to restore deleted files physically from your hard drive.

That db3 file, which comprises your private key to the target address, is the only way to get your ANS back."

can anybody help me? i know i made a big mistake....

Just to set the record straight I didn't participate in any Antshare bounty program and all the ANS I own is I bought during ICO

If you can still see them on antcha.in, then you didn't lose them. Did you try creating a new wallet and importing your private key again (if you lost it then that's trouble)?

yes, i still have my private key.

shortly after the end of the ico i was able to claim my ans. i saw my balance in the wallet and transferred nearly half of it to bittrex.
after a few days i wanted to check my rest-balance and planed to sent the rest to bittrex - because of all the occuring problems about the wallet everywhere.
i tried to open the wallet nearly 1000 times....
in the end i deleted the wallet -and the address with the ans.
it is the first address that is created, when you are installing the windows wallet.
 i still do not understand, why the ans were not transferred to the address that we received during the ico. after claimiing the ans i see the confirmation that the ans were sent to this ico-address and not to the deleted one....

i have created a new wallet and imported the privatekey.... balance "0".
"restore account" doesn't work either because the list is empty.

the ans team has no idea how i can get my ans from antcha, despite i am still having my privatekey.

if i tried to make a transfer a window popped up: - insufficient balance -.
now ans is planning to reduce the addresses to just one - for me it seems to be late for this improvement.
and there are still lying my ans at antcha....

read emails my friend....I am pretty sure there are data recovery experts in UK and for your amount it is worth seeking their service.

that is exactly the reason we want to put in more security measures for less tech-aware ppl.

can anybody help me? i know i made a big mistake....
just find some data recovery software online, that should probably work out fine. I leave the googling of a trustworthy program to you.

there is only 176 BTC of sell orders on BITTREX between current price and 0,003 which is 10x ICO
