Good idea dude, joining trading grup will give us some experience and knowledge. I am also have one grup trading on Facebook and it leaders by someone who was successful and have so many experiences because he started trading since 2012 it was more than 4 years. I agree to this topic that trading is unpredictable job since the bitcoin is very volatile BUT you can get some chance to have a great chance of prediction by reading latest news about the bitcoin and how the community supports the bitcoin and especially the price history of it. As a trader i can have the chance of getting good results of trading by those kind of methods which i can use as a basis on predicting how the bitcoin or the price will go after a pump or dump but i can't guarantee you that it will work all the time.

Great advice, Don't be greedy and don't expect too much on the coin that you are investing in because it might make your regret of your decisions that you have been made in the first place. Mistakes are always part of trading career but you need to make sure that you are ready to embrace those situations and take those as a lesson to be a better version of yourself.

I still say that a great investment strategy for all new traders is to suck up large amounts of new coins without paying out money.  Example, watch the exchanges and forums for new "Scrypt" coins, download the wallets and PC mine them for a week.  Store the wallets for a while either in the same PC or somewhere else, just be careful to not lose the wallet details.  Check back on the exchanges for coins that you have stored for more than 30 days and you will be amazed at how some of them have caught on and now have value.  You are likely not going to get rich, but Scrypt mining a brand new or very young coin costs you virtually nothing and many times you will pile up 100,000 or more of these coins by putting out 0 dollars.  If you do five new coins per week, that is twenty per month.  If just one coin per month hits a decent value, then you are doing well.

Note, try not to kill new coins by power dumping your wallet.  It is exciting to go to the exchange and realize that you now have $10 in a new coin.  You are tempted to sell the lot and move on, this can hurt a coin and even kill it by shooting the value way down and driving away future buyers.  Also, new wallets and other unknown software can and do carry viruses.  Sometimes a dev will pump and push a new coin and care nothing about the value of the coin, but simply get everyone to download the wallet with a virus.

I have a PC with coin wallets dating back a year or more.  The wallet and the data takes very little space and if the wallet is not actively running then there is no PC use.  I have scripted the process of compiling a list of coins to check.  Just within this past year, right after Pokemon Go came out, I jumped on a new coin that was using the Pokemon name.  I mined 200,000 in 24 hours and was packing up the wallet when I noticed the coin on YoBit hitting the roof.  That one coin netted a profit of $80 over a week and the only effort was downloading the wallet and setting it to mine.  Imagine having an old wallet around with a number of BTC or Doge or Litecoins.

Yes knowlege is important in trading but since what OP said that trading is an unpredictable job, It is not enough.

You also need to know how to use that knowledge since you will be collecting data and form a plan with it. And the

most important is experience so you need to spend a long time in trading.
