I think those one get addicted the most who actually won some big amount in the gambling one or more times and lost that again so they think that this is possible and in effort to do that again,they keep gambling and hope that they can again win that big amount,but that doesnt matter because they gonna loose it again.

Yes if they lose money in beginning games they will not come back again to play gambling. Because those people will not take one more chance. But Only those who made a big profit in gambling few times those people will become greedy and they will play again to make some more profit. End of the day they will be completed with big lose. So this greedy will make people addict this gambling.

That is the main reason why gambling is addicting, people tend to think that they are going to generate good profit out of it. Those people who play gambling games for fun and entertainment are not those who waste their time and money as they do not spend much money on gambling and so do not spend much time in gambling only those people waste their time and money who bet for money.

well we really can't tell because once a person starts gambling, It would depend on his preference if they were to immerse in it or not. I've known some people who were, and are still, addicted to gambling to the point of borrowing money to support their vice, but I also know a couple of people who had a round or two and didn't find it interesting.

Yes it's human instinct which is never satisfied and always want to be better. Thus, in a gambling person is always chasing the victory and want to benefit. If done continuously it will cause someone to become addicted. I myself if the gamble certainly always want to win and reverse the defeat, but I can cope with it. I still have the self-control that is still far from addiction.

There is mainly two reasons how a gambler gets addicted to the gambling,one is too much greedyness and other is trying to chase his/her losses.

Well, there are a lot of gamblers here like that, they just stop gambling for a while not for a reason that they will quit for good but because they do not have money to gamble anymore. Only those who are willing to quit for good are not going to gamble but most of the people who claim that they have already quit in gambling but just pretending will not be successful.

Gamblers are different, they have different purpose and different mind set when they are gambling, if you are really an emotional player, the effect to you would not be good, it's either you'll go home and brag about your losses and be hot headed or you continue gambling and bet desperately showing what your purpose really is in gambling.

It is not necessary, that every gambler to be addicted, we should never forget that addiction is disease, when gambling became addicted for us that mean it is dangerous for us. Basically gambling is a game like other games but i really don't know that why gambling become dangerous for someone? it is just a game.
Actually we should control our-self and also our greedy than definitely, we are safe to become addictive person.

Let's cite some examples that can be relate in addiction of gambling. Curiosity is the beginning where addiction can develop. When you are curious of something you should do anything to be able to get that. In gambling, some people are curious about how much money they would receive in playing games. I'm not generalizing but some people nowadays or in our modern generation money is life. The thought "The bigger money you bet, the more money you receive" can deceive people. It gives people hope and excitement that to the point they will get addicted on that certain game because of high hopes of winning. People are competitive, also this causes people addicted on something. We hate the feeling of losing. We hate the feeling that we can't reach that goal. And we feel belittle when we are playing around our friends and we always lose.
