suprnova private pool-server ?

ip  37.187.146.34
port 4276 / 4277 / 4278 / 4279 work

That's definately not a pool since the block target is exactly equal to the difficulty, if it was a pool it would be lower.

lol you people should stop sniffing ports, it's not ready for deployment yet, but yes, that will be the pool. (It's not finding blocks yet)

Target is lower when you submit shares, what you see there is only the update (new block notification) - the miner would ignore that target_pow field.

With the amount of money OCMINER will make with his pool he will be able to buy that E46 M3 and get that hot girl.

Imagine he launches the pool with a 10% pool fee...

Don't use that 0.2 Pascalminer for AMD or use any of the CUDA miners.

I think the issue with the 0.2 miner is there is some bug and it keeps doing the same work over and over again with the same nonce. So your speed might be 2000 MH/s per rig but if it does the same work over and over again your effective hashrate might be 1000 MH/s.

It might be good if you only have 2 GPUs per rig but if you got like 6-7x RX 480s it becomes ineffective. Been noticing this behaviour because my crappy 270x OR 3 GPU mini rigs have been finding blocks but my 6 GPUs rigs with R9 290s and RX 480 haven't found a single block.

I don't think its bad luck or variance because when 0.2 Pascalminer was first released last week the difficulty was low and I had a similar issue back then.

So, what miner we should use - those of us with AMD cards?

@adaseb I have seen you present calculations before.
Any idea how to get from target on that screenshot "815367771" (or "3099865b", the hex target given by wallet) to proper target_pow?

Following nbits wiki I thought you just have to build a 48(for 30 first bit) long hex of zeroes, then insert each two bits instead of first three zeroes.
This would result in "00000000000099865b000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000", but the target_pow on the screenshot is different.

Any help appreciated.

20 hours @ 19,600 H/s (AMD) still haven't found a block  Sad

Crytocompare says I should have found 360 Pasc a day, so 3.6 blocks.

https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/calculator/pasc?HashingPower=19600&HashingUnit=MH%2Fs&PowerConsumption=4800&CostPerkWh=0.12

Don't use PascalMiner 0.2 !!!!!!

With the ProxyMiner v1, would I have to open 28 instances of the miner for my 28 GPUs?

DONT use PASCALminer 0.2
It work incorrect and decrease your efficient hashrate in 3-4 time

The difficulty is a little higher than 2^48 hence the target_pow is going to be showing a lower result. Look at the 3rd hex bit
