If you aren't an ICO investor, is there a possibility of getting into the performance fund and will there be some analysis/requirements of the investor in order to get in?

I know that if not all invitations are accepted by ICO investors they will be offered out but lets presume they are all accepted.

Apologies if it was mentioned before.

Once Iconomi will publish the second round if funding for ICNP, it will be sent to ICO participants first. If the investments target won't be met, it will be offered to the public.

ICNX is more for companies and more BTC/ETH  like 50-100K investments

I would not classify them like that.
We have clearly stated that ICNX (ICONOMI.index) fund is a passive fund, that will grow with growth of the "blockchain" concept/world/economy. Due to its special 15% max cap of any single currency, its goal is a realistic representation of crypto markets while keeping risk as diversified as possible.

At the same time we have introduced ICONOMI.performance (ICNP) as a high-risk, high-gain vehicle.

So where to invest is not dependent on your capital, but more on your personal investment strategy, including level of acceptable risk...

But i there a limit to get invited into ICNP or a cap by 5BTC minimum?
 also  ICONOMI will fund ICPN and some big investors if the ICNP raise enough  funds then it will not be open to public (first the early shareholders)?

But when we do open again, ICO participants will be invited to invest first.
If after a few days threshold will not be met, ICNP will open to general public.

We have not yet decided if we will impose any minimum investment limit.
I can not comment on estimated return of ICNP.

I think you need work in other marketing campaign, and maybe minimum investment 1btc or 1000USD.

Anyone who still holds are winners, I am ico investors, but i sold at 24k after it hit on exchanges, I say it is a pity to sell at that low, now is 30k. I should have bought back at 13k.
