Sure I can, assuming I get verified as Tier 1 successfully I would only be able to do a max $2,000 withdrawal, max $2,000 deposits per day, that's just too little for me for the volume I would be trying to move, plus there is no telling if Kraken would pull one of those SAR' (Suspicious Activity Reports) or what ever they internally call it and freeze my account until I perform a higher level verification which would effectively lock me away from my funds since I would be unable to  do .

So, using a VPN is possible, aside from having to deal from the hassle of max $2,000 per day and having to split my withdrawals in multiple $2,000 daily installments there would be that stress on my part that Kraken might MIGHT freeze my account at any time and I will just not risk it.

Why on earth would someone sell 1.5 million ICN to you when they can wait 10 days and their ICN will most likely be worth more than double the price they are worth today? If you want ICN that badly, it should be you paying the higher premium and buying at least $.60 per ICN. If you combine all the ICN for sale on Kraken, its not even half of the amount you are looking to buy lol Good luck though, I hope you can get your hands on some before its too late

Why would anyone sell 1.5 Million ICN to me?  Simple? There are lots of dumpers on the market that are selling right now just like there are lots of people who are buying, if people were only buying then the price would just continue to climb higher without the retrace we have been seeing today oscillating from 30 cents down to 25 cents in Liqui and back and forth so if anyone for any reason would like to get rid of their 1.5 Million ICN then they can dump it  to me, they would get a guaranteed 25 cents return per each ICN they hold without affecting the market price having to put a big scary sell wall up there which would cause a panic and wont get you anything at that price at the end and finally you will be helping me acquire the amount of ICN I with to obtain.

Good point. Selling 1.5 m ICN will temporarily crush the price but also buying that amount will sky rocket the price.

It is, I just can't buy ICN's fast enough at over Liqui  If I were to be allowed to participate in Kraken, that sell wall of 164,000 ICN would have been eaten by me in less than 5 minutes, long time ago, I am willing to buy as much ICN as my budjet allows.  Asking for donations is a smart move on my part, because in addition to buying scraps of ICN's in little quantities at a time at Liqui, I might get a few extra ICN's donated from here.  Who knows?
