These transactions are from  0xbe91b23bd38ff89cec0247ad72628ab2b324632d to Kraken and back from kraken to that address.

If I remember correctly, this number of ICN was associated with newsletter Bounty.

I am in the early access group and received the email confirming it, but I have not received the access user/password yet... By tomorrow all the early access group should be able to access the platform...

Today around midnight, we're launching the all new ICONOMI. The access will be given also to you. Some of you will get the access immediately, some of you later until Saturday.

I was more of a closed room event and not something Iconomi would want their partners too see, it was very informal and a lot of talk about stuff that was probably under NDA. Tim talked about the master plan, how they want to be the link between the crypto world and blockchains. Try to regulate it and make it safer for investors.
