I am a newbie on the ICO thing so sorry if this is a basic question.
On the white paper you write :

"3.2 ICONOMI Tokens (ICN)

ICONOMI will issue 100 milion ICONOMI tokens (ICN) 10 days after the crowdfunding campaign
successfully ends. 100 % of the ICONOMI tokens represent 100 % ownership of the ICONOMI
platform, comprising of all assets and liabilities, as well as each and every right and obligation,
including but not limited to intellectual property rights, branding and trademarks."

So lets say you are able to get exact 2000 BTC in the ICO, so if in this situation i invested 20 BTC, i would own 1% of the platform and would receive 1 million tokens which will have a initial price of 0.00002 BTC each.

But if you are able to get lets say 10000 BTC in the ICO, the same 20BTC investment will get me 0.2% of the platform and i will receive 200000 Tokens at a initial price of 0.0001BTC.

Is this how this works ?

Total coins in existence is set at 100m, however 85m will be sold in the ICO so if they collect exactly 2000 BTC that would mean you get 42500 ICONOMI coins per BTC for your investment of 20 BTC that would means 850k coins and if they collect 10000 BTC that would mean 8500 ICONOMI per BTC meaning for your 20 BTC investment you'd get 170k . Value of each coin increases for every investment made final numbers won't be available till last investment comes in.

I don't think you can just withdraw your investment that's not how ICO works. If you are so concerned that to much will be invested (but I don't think how that should be a concern since more funds = more and quicker development / features = more recognition = more fresh money and investors) .

I am not concerned, i just want to understand how does this market works, this would be my first ICO if i decide to invest.

BoldNinja got it right. But you can invest right before ICO ends and know pretty much exactly how much you get for it. But then if you invest during the first week you get 15% bonus.

Very nice way of describing the Name of the New altcoin, and that too this fund have targeted minimum of their investment or refund to all the investors. Now a days back their are so many new coins which are giving assurance of refund if the target not achieved.

My question is if the target not achieved and you are going to refund the ICO Amount , then what about this project, will it still go forward or you are going to dump it.

Yes very interesting if they not reach the funds they return to the buyer or investor in the ICO but the developers and the escrows get my trust but not all.

Well I suspect if they don't meet the desired target they will issue a full refund and cover the expenses themselves ... that's the risk someone should accept when starting his own projects.

If that right how you would be paid a stake part to every member of your startup hype you would be doing that manually from your dev fund,sending stake rewards to your clients,monitoring states of tweets RT,posts,re-posts.
2. If here we have a stake rewards,may be here would be used a PoS method of work after launch? If here would be use PoS,what about stake interest per year for ICONOMY?
