Does anyone have the b3 config for solo mining?
Ive created one with rpc port : 44468 is that right port?
Also what should it be named? b3coin.conf or b3-coin.conf?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

My config file is named b3coin.conf. That should make the nodes in that file work. I got my addnodes from here https://chainz.cryptoid.info/b3/#!network |

Anyone? I sometimes have similar issues. Just keep it open for as long as you can. |

For those curious as to accuracy of what you are reading - I've been staking 5000 coins for short of 48 hours now. If what I read is true I should receive a stake fairly soon - I will come back and update with the exact amount. This will be my first stake reward.

please, update us here when you receive reeward wouldlove to know how long it takes as well cheers UPDATE I'm at aprx 3 3/4 days so far - staking 5000 B3. (yes, all in one block) No payout so far. You need coin age that's all, I'm watching the explorer and I see wallets with 40k coins getting like 1-2k coins daily but you need coin age, I'd say if you buy now and you want regular high rewards, you need to have like 20 coins and wait 2-3 weeks, the more you wait and stake the higher the rewards. Dude what coinage ? Coinage is only for wallets that mint. There is no way to know when this will stake. I have been staking for a whole week and still nothing. It is quite annoying and I wonder if it will ever stake. |

Question for Dev? What happens for example, say I am staking 20,000 coins for 6 days and then we hit block 80,000 where the interest rate drops down to 100%, Will I still get 10,000% interest on them for those 6 days? Or is it just tough luck and I only get 100% on my stake then?

When waiting to sync, what exactly is going on? Is my computer processing something? Am I simply waiting in line for the others before me? I thought the value of a block chain is that the other's participating in this coin will be syncing each other.

the blockchain, is a chain of blocks  so when you are syncing, your client is downloading each block in order and checking that it appears valid. 1 2 3 4 5 6 ... etc to the end. |

My downloaded wallet has only received 670 bytes of data. It doesn't appear to be downloading anything yet. Thoughts? EDIT: I checked the log file and see there was an error. I had to go discordapp for help and can use the search feature. EDIT2: Wallet syncs FAST if it's set up correctly. Once I got it working I was synced in easily 30 min (so fast I wasn't watching it closely). You'll see it working because it says XX number of weeks behind. |

same, been two days with two inputs of 1000 coins each. nada
network weight is 3 or 4
expected time of reward is always 0
anyone had any luck yet?
It says it is staking in the lower right but in the upper left on dashboard it says not. I thought you just kept the coins in the wallet to stake is there anything else you have to do? im not sure if anyone has answeres lol, the upper left of dashboard? where it says stake - 0 correct? that only fills up when you actually get a stake, so as long as bottom right hand side says staking. i guess its just the waiting game from here If your wallet is encrypted just unlock it for staking and it will turn green in the bottom right, will say how much network weight there is but the estimation is off. With 1000 coin inputs you should get a stake pretty fast but a lot of people bought and especially old timers started to stake, there are at least twice as much stakers as before but could be even more, just like any other coin, for example pivx could stake easily with a few 100 coins, now you need above 1k to get anything reliably but recommended is 2.5k. |
