In my mind definition of gambling is taking risk or trying my luck to get something in real life too. I am not talking about making money on gambling sites. In real life matters many times I gamble assuming that my guess or interpretation is good and I will be on good by taking risk of something to get other thing.
Gamble and risk is not only on game even on real life too. i agree with you when there are times that we need to gamble to get a certain thing. Gambling means you risk something to get a certain thing you wanna achieve. Ex. in playing gambling games, you risk your money to get money. Thats all. Yeah that is gambling you are going to risk your money to achieve bigger profit but as usual there is no assurance at all. But mostly when gambling comes my mind is that it is all about the business of gambling sites, casino's and other ways to gamble. That is why I already stopped gambling. |

Yeah but there are different types of gambling that have absolutely no house edge, they are 50/50 and those are still considered gambling. So it doesn't matter if there is a house edge or not. |

there is be a player, there is also an investor. if you have a good strategy become a player better. if you are not that good be a player, it's better to be an investor. but for me, gambling is a game, so I like to be a player because I like concocting a strategy to get lucky from gambling.

The definition of gambling is good when you are winning it but bad if you are losing even your hard earned money. Gambling is a risky thing to earn money because it depends on luck. Some says that even strategy could not help you because it doesn’t works on some. If you like to try gambling you must prepare yourself to lose than to gain. It is dangerous and fatal if you are not preparing yourself. On the other hand, it could give you enough money to save if you win something but you need to control yourself.

For me gambling is something that you take risk in return of gaining something. There are two type of gambling, the one that is dominated by luck and chance and the other one is defined by skills and strategy. For me gambling can be both consider as investment and entertainment depends on the purpose of the person on why he is doing it.

too much thoughts , simply gambling are the way people to have fun but mostly misused to make money. things turn wrong when you do gamble for making money . the real gambling are not for those people who need money. |

Agree, if you are not careful you can lose your money in just one blink, gambling for me is a very risky way to earn money you can earn fast and lose fast as well. |

That is right that gambling is a place of entertainment and people have to gamble only to get entertainned but yesterday a question came to my mind that games are already giving us entertainment then why betting of money involved in that is that because betting money is also entertaning? if that is right then I will mean that earning money actually is the cause of entertainment in gambling. |

for me, gambling is a games with money involve and need luck to be a winner and win the prize, sometimes we need skill too but its in other option we should have. gambling can ruin our life and we can loss everything we have, so better to stay away from gambling as we can and do another thing that will give a good life to us.
