btcQuick shares will not be lost, we have access to some basic info such as bitcoin address and the number of shares with that address. We are still working on this situation and should have a significant update soon.
I would suggest Havelock as new listing market. Them now being fully licensed and owned in Panama will make them a REAL player in the space for sure. +1 +2 This Havelock deal is the only good news to come out of the bitcoin securities world in months. Please God get listed there, we desperately need some liquidity for these shares.

TheSwede75, yes that would obviously make the most sense. Lets see if Ascension will actually respond to what you said or just ignore as usual. Note: I own 0.65% of BtcQuick.

BTC securities is dead...
Not really, just idiots thinking it's a good idea to not run a securities exchange completely with a pseudonym. however, Those cowards are destroying our faith in BTC securities... If friedcat could open a exchange based in China...that will be nicer, Since less legal risk in China to operating a online exchange... Crowd fund raising in China is even more risky. Remember that the BtcGarden and MyMiner both had to withdraw their IPO? BTC exchanging is still fine, but security exchanges are highly risky. Virtual IPO is strictly forbidden in China. You don't know China. BtcGarden cancelled their IPO because somebody asked for money by threatening them. Myminer cancelled IPO because avalon was not profitable anymore. If the company is out of China mainland, it is very safe because Chinese laws never forbid people to buy shares. Please keep in mind, asicminer is a Chinese company. So don't make panic.

I am disappointed to see that I have to transfer my stock shares again just 1 month after BTCT's closure. Can we find some stable & permanent place to exchange stocks?

We need to see what's plan next. BF shutdown, maybe we can transfer shares to HL.
The bottom line is btcquick's operation is good.

I think he need to hire someone to take care direct shares and distribution of div to direct shareholders asap. Moving around to exchanges seems not a very good idea. That seems just wasting time and effort once legal issue arised.

I guess one options is Havelock if they are able to continue there business now with there move to Panama. And the second option is Cryptostocks, im not a huge fan of how Kumala, Cryptostocks owner and Vircurex majority owner has treated the minority owners in Vircurex, but i guess Cryptostocks will probably be the last of the BTCstockexchanges to still stand. They will probably not get affected by any actions SEC or any other USA based government organization can take.

Since then I have followed up and not received a single reply from him. =(

Btcquick said they got bitcoin available 30 minutes ago on tweet. The operation seems OK. We need to wait for the dividends. But I think this time dividends won't be good because of the raising of Bitcoin.
Anyway, the operation is good, we are all good.
Dividends will not be posted for October as we were in the red, more info on this will announced shortly.
