Hi, I claimed my address. It says "Your Dividend Total" for Nov 15th through Dec 15th for me is 0.00022408 BTC.

The problem: I never received 0.00022408 BTC or in fact any BTC at all to my address that's been publicly listed all along.

You don't need a twitter account, just go to https://twitter.com/btcQuick.

Before trying to operate with BTCQuick (I was going to) you should check the latest posts in their support threads:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=127840
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=172794

It seems their service is not remotely what it was anymore, plus it malfunctions and there's no support, so, careful!  Undecided

Back then when it was first implemented, yes there is quite a problem with it such as waiting for verification to be approved, as well as the bitcoin delivery is very slow since they werre all doing the bitcoin delivery manually

but late in the game, their service was pretty good! bought few btc and received it instantly after confirmation through mobile phone...how i wish they could have credit card service back again after they close down the google wallet service

Take a look at their twitter, you can say their service response. And they have support tickets system on website, so the forum support not used mainly any more.

In those threads I pointed out you'll see people trying to contact them by any and all means without an answer.
I personally wrote to them a few times at their website and by email without an answer, so I'm not to keen on trying a transaction.  Undecided

Anyway, I'll pass your advice to the others and we'll see how that goes, thanks.

Being able to purchase via credit card was btcQuick's Unique Selling Proposition.

Without it, I don't see ANY benefit over Coinbase: cost, reliability, service, speed, buying limits - all vastly in Coinbase's favor.

Ascension I hope you guys figure it out.

It's really bad if you have problem without response. I had same situation on other websites, so I know your feeling.

Now is a critical time for btcquick as they need to recover credit card payment processor. I think btcquick focus on the recover and don't have much time to do support.

From their twitter, they are working on recover credit card payment processor. They know what are their advantages.

We are working very hard to bring back credit card payments I received a very encouraging call this morning and we should have some good info by the end of the week.

Currently ACH payments are live on the site and right now its more of a trial period. We are getting a fair amount of volume from it considering we have done ZERO advertising. We intend for the bank payment option to be faster in the future but we must ramp this up slowly to ensure we do it right and keep fraud minimal. We expect 2014 to be a very big year for bitcoin as well as btcQuick! More to come in the following days.

Hi Ascension,

It's gonna be Jan 15th, will there be any dividends for the first half of the month?

I wish we could see more disclosures in the investors' portal.

Best

He seems to monitor the Twitter account more than this thread.  Try @btcQuick on Twitter.
