all batch 1 orders are either pending or completed, since it's being shipped.

batch 2 and 3 is are either pending, on hold or processing, since it has not shipped.

that information is outdated.

If you paid and have on-hold status, you should sent a email to bitpay, for whatever reason we did not get the callback from bitpay regarding your order.

Hey Yifu,

For Batch #2, I only ever received confirmation for my payment and address from Walletbit. My account (for the same email and name) on your site shows no orders. Will this be an issue?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Hello Yifu - I have an on-hold status so I emailed bitpay. They said my payment did indeed go through (after the timeout because of coinbase delays) and now it just needs to be updated in your system.  I have sent you an email with the details of the order, if you could please update the order.  Thanks!

Yifu, what's your latest guess of the punctuality of the Batch #3 shipping ?

What I do know is when your order status = processing ... you're in trouble.

Yifu said "It will cause delay once we start shipping"

This appears to be true, I'm still waiting on my Avalon batch 1 unit because of this. Undecided

But Yifu promised to correct this mistake and ship my unit first thing on Monday.

all batch 1 orders are either pending or completed, since it's being shipped.

batch 2 and 3 is are either pending, on hold or processing, since it has not shipped.

that information is outdated.

So where is my batch 1 #357 units?! Is it pending or completed?

I type the correct address from the beginning in English with my correct phone number, and you didn't ship it at all!

You say the address is not correct so I gave you address in Chinese many times and wait for a whole week, still no unit, no tracking no!

So , where is my batch 1 #357 units? Did you send it to others? or lost my address even when I pm it to you every day just like write love letters when there is no answer?

I'm running a Chinese crowdfunding website: dreamchina.com.

If anyone has this "on-hold"problem, contact bitpay, they will resent the IPN notification, they did that and now instantly my order is "processing".

It's because avalon is swamped with getting their orders ready, so why not post a generic question that maybe someone else has an answer to here, instead of waiting for days or possibly weeks with their support desk.

I too have one order with "on-hold" status, as I couldn't finalize the payment  in time. Does anyone know if it's possible to still pay for it and get it shipped, or has Avalon automatically cancelled the order and sold it to someone else right after the 15 minute time-out from Bitpay?

Sadly they haven't replied anything to my support ticket. I'm guessing the support team is a bit overloaded at the moment..

If you have the payment address, then contact bitpay and ask if it is possible. However, I believe it is too late already.
