Bankroll management doesn't really work for you if you have negative EV.

The whole idea of bankroll management is to limit variance -- to stay as close to the EV as you can. Why would you want that, when EV means you lose?

In fact, you have a better chance of winning big if you gamble 100% of your bankroll. 1% edge on a 100 BTC bet vs 1% edge * one million 0.0001 BTC bets.

Bankroll management is only a good idea if you have a positive expected value. Scenarios where you have +EV: you are the house; you are a card counter; or you have worked out another way to gain an advantage. If you are at a disadvantage to the house, do not follow this advice.

The more bets you make the more you will see negative effect of house edge, gambling is about "all or nothing", you can't expect to be in profit over the long run.
