dont tink so lel, if they are poor i dun think a form of virtual currency helps them
Would like to agree with you because poor countries sometimes still do not have electricity on some part of their country. Their people, some of them have not see, touch, and use computers before. So bitcoin will not be able to help them since the very basic tools for bitcoin is not yet available in their countries. But I am sure not all of them do not know how to use computers and still have no internet connection. Hope that some of their people would know bitcoins so bitcoins can help them in some ways.

It actually can, by poor country it does not mean that the country does not even has internet connection or computer systems, but means poor by economy or by value of money, and also in such countries people can use bitcoin to help themselves financially.

Yeah it does something that might just be right. Because I see now that most countries already have access to the internet. But not all areas can do it, so that if our goal is to provide assistance then we have to help areas that are already connected to the internet. Because of the site's definitely all regions will have an internet connection and we can help you more easily

Even there's an internet connection in the poor country, doesn't mean all of people there could afford an internet connection,i think people who have internet connection only come from middle class to high nor the poor, the poor actually can't even have internet connection

Can Bitcoin or any other altcoin help poor countries? how? what can be done?
Yes, Bitcoin definitely can help people living in poor countries. Here are just two examples how: 1. People from poor countries can earn Bitcoin doing some services online (like coding, photoshopping etc.) 2. They can find something which is cheap in their country but is in demand in rich countries and sell it via post making profits. Well, you also can do those even without use bitcoin as payment method or currency, so it don't change anything. Maybe you should think if those poor people don't have internet connection or computer, how bitcoin can help those people? What if people don't know how to use bitcoin in your saying in number 1. People can do any services without bitcoin this is just a payment method that we could use for online if ever im agree with ETFbitcoin if people don't have internet also how they can start earning bitcoin from internet?

The point is people can have a better rate/hour with bitcoin... Poor countries have a joke minimum wage in their currency. Yes, that's the point, if the bitcoin or other alt can lead electricity and internet to this countries, of course it will help a lot, well, we just don't know how to link that things

Well the people who has bitcoins can donate to such countries, but bitcoin itself help them is quite hard and difficult to believe it will happen. Sure the people who live at such countries can find at bitcoin the work of their lifes, being a signature earning or any other way, bitcoin is opening doors and can help a lot people as they wanna it.

I also think its already helping but I do not think that it can really help poor country's to get rich again or get there economy back on the rail. The bitcoin is also too small right now to accomplish this maybe in the far future.

Apparently yes, it can be. But the reality bitcoin was already helped to a poor country, bitcoin is a big opportunity to everyone who are jobless and seeking for job even through internet as long as they earn money for their self and family needs. Bitcoin is the best way in terms of earning money. Its proven and tested..

I think bitcoin can't help poor countries because governments are afraid that the price is going to drop of their currency.

Certain governments might issue a ban at some point in the future when Bitcoin is becoming too much of a problem that can disrupt their economy, but at this point we don't have to worry about that yet. Mainly because of Bitcoin being just an alternative currency/investment tool. That's why we must be happy with how Bitcoin is right now.
