We are just getting started and I feel bad there were the issues at launch, but we did have a deadline to meet and we had to make some tradeoffs.

radix42 is working on a native windows komodod and we have a native osx komodod working in most osx versions. So soon we will have native komodod cross platform.

the basilisk is quite convenient and so we prioritized enhancing its performance.

the feedback we got about the various GUI issues have been mostly all corrected from what I have seen, so the next release should be a much better user experience.

Once we get the basics stable, then we expand into PAX and DEX being activated in the GUI.

And once the DEX is active, it really opens up a lot of use cases, especially with all the pax fiat chains, like JUMBLR and PANGEA, among others

 

I am glad to see you sharing the future plans of KMD and staying active in this thread. Am very happy to have some KMD in my portfolio. I will hold it as long as possible and add some more down the line.

KMD is trading in the first page with decent volumes for some days, good sign for the new KMD. Actually we are very happy about KMD, not only the dev team is working hard, but also the ecosystem, superNET, Iguana, KMD, BTCD .etc.

You can try to send a small amount first, and see if that goes through.

These issues are caused by various bugs which will be fixed. There's always a workaround, and we have live support in our Slack channel #support.

I think a more realistic medium term target is $1, which is about half the highest market cap privacy coin. Of course it is hard to know what will happen, but half the leader is usually what the second place gets.

So using a comparables valuation and assuming all the current announced tech is completed, a second place in the privacy category doesnt seem far fetched.

After that, we can start thinking about competing against the largest platform currency, half of that is required to get to $5 price, so while there is a spot for that, until we can get half the highest privacy market cap, there is no sense to worry about any $5 price. In any case, such levels will be a long term process.

For now, we just concentrate on the next step and the next step after, etc. to complete the roadmap. With a completed current roadmap the above starts being possible. Not guaranteed, just possible. Without it, then I doubt it would even be possible other than some short term pump, which I have no interest in.

So, I work to complete the current roadmap.

Hi I would like to report a bug in the current GUI I am running Windows 10 64 x and the current iguana release.
My problem is if I have ran the wallet once and closed it then try to restart iguana it skips the start a coin screen and goes straight to asking me for my key... I have looked in my processes when the program is closed and there are no dependent process left running... Also I have been supporting the network with a constant 2- 6 k Sol's so I have multiple pages of transactions but can't see past page ten....
