There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I know jl777b is your God....

Just read this http://blog.bluemeanie.net/2014/10/nxtautodac-jl777-stolen-nxt.html
2014? and where are they now? new code new projects huge dividends. not being sarcastic but where is blue meanie has he started a successful project or ? just curious. I am not completely on board with JL for sure but a lot has happened since 2014 and there has been a lot of milestones reached on NXT since JL moved on and JL has a lot of projects since.

Again with this bluemeanie bullshit?

As I said before:
...A random jagoff who, not coincidentally, cryptographically signed a post on this very forum bragging about how great what he later bashed in the blog was. When he was making money it was "the shit" and when he wasn't it was "all shit".  Undecided

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer.

It's about time to start screaming KMD is a fork of SAFE, JL stole their ideas and implemented them, and then abused 11.11% of entire supply of miners and laughed watching them loose $50 billions. While sitting in his lambo, sorry forgot that one.

Well, at least they are bumping this thread up.

I am tired of seeing safe coin in kmd thread. As far as I can see, safe copied everything without cheking and blaming kmd devs because their code was buggy. They are talking  about ethics but If you leave a bug, someone will use it. It is like complaining hackers because of dao or parity hacks on eth code. I am hoping to see on this thread about kmd not safe coin or whatsoever.

There is a difference between exploiting a bug for your own benefit and exploiting it to strengthen the security of the exploited code, that's why there are white hats and black hats (and grey hats) hackers.

Reading through this:

It doesn't seem the aim of the miners was to white-hat hack safe, having said that, jl777B said he was willing to return the mined coins ...

It's about time to start screaming KMD is a fork of SAFE, JL stole their ideas and implemented them, and then abused 11.11% of entire supply of miners and laughed watching them loose $50 billions. While sitting in his lambo, sorry forgot that one.

You should've used numbers like 77.7 % (or 7.77%) and $77 billions, it would have made your troll a bit funnier Wink.

Looks like good strategy for advertising a coin ... Big headers in "yellow press": "SafeCoin is under Attack by Komodo", "One of the Bitcoin Developers stole socks of our coder", "The alien computer started mining SAFE", "Martian government formally approved SAFE as its base currency", seems if continue - you will get some success Smiley

But everybody here knows that KMD - is a new technologies, best ideas and innovations. And SAFE - just a copy & paste project with many fanatical devotees adepts.

Probably not as fun as Kingdom Coin, but I talk nonsense sometimes, don't take that too seriously. 7,77 is less then 11.11 however you put it, but not as fun as angry JL777. Did they say DDoS somewhere in that article? Gosh, that's gonna be fun.

James, all they want is publicity and attention. Please ignore.
