From what i've read (and im not taking sides just yet) You Funded Thiago's purchase of the second Avalon via a Loan.
Then when Thiago attempted to repay you, You refused repayment because he was (according to you) Drastically late.
Then you feel the right to ask for DOUBLE the bitcoins in repayment, That alone is fucked up since coin value has been increasing rapidly.
Since thats Not Gonna Happen, He then offers to buy your Bitcoin Rain account, But then you state:
"After you confirm here I will put my address to get the first 60 btc and  after the I get those coins I will put another address in this same topic."
Implying that he is going to pay you more than 60btc (wich is all fine and dandy if the rain account has some value/balace to it) wich is beyond the agreed upon Debt of 60btc!

You DID NOT PAY for an Avalon FOR YOURSELF, You FUNDED A LOAN FOR ThiagoCMC TO PURCHASE AN AVALON FOR HIMSELF.
You have No Rights to the Avalon unless there is an outstanding debt that is greater than 50% of the avalons value that YOU ARE UNABLE TO COLLECT
So far you are refusing to accept a bitcoin payment from ThiagoCMC who is constantly trying to settle this debt by sending you the amount owed!

I don't think that's a fair assumption. You can have a healthy desire to accrue wealth without being greedy. It's a fine line but it's there.

I think the forum has a lot of both, but the good outweighs the bad. If it was the other way around the forum couldn't sustain itself. It would overrun by shit and no one would bother visit.

In this case, We are simply not going to honor the change of address, because this is a reselling/hosting/loan deal and this happens outside of Avalon control and must deal with the person who ORDERED these units.

as in, this unit will go to the original address Thaigo put on this order, which is neither rodigorc2's address, or the current "new" address he is changing to. Avalon does not "aid" the reselling of these orders, especially for reasons like this.

If you came together so that you get paid for the service of hosting it then it should be done this way. Otherwise, if he gets the machines and you cant host it anymore so that you lose the service fee then its not fair from thyago because you lose money because he broke a promise. Unfortunately you dont have any right on the machines he paid at avalon. Because its his contract.
He broke your other contract regarding the hosting so you deserve something for it. He has to pay the loan back to you.

So thygo gets both machines.
You should get the loan back (but not the double loan), maybe a fee for paying late if its his fault. And you should get something in exchange for your lost service fee. Because that was a contract too it looks.
