No need to ask but even just on having an observation and some common sense you will able to know on whats the game is all about.

You are talking about the roulette thing?Time limit was just right IMHO but other players do prefer which is more shorter than that yet placing bets doesnt

Not for automatic withdrawals, but Lightining withdraw only. I tried an easy withdraw (no Lightining Network) too with about 6 mBtc, and receive it instant on my wallet!
